Abstract: A hand tool for lifting and separating objects. The hand tool includes a body member and a handle member. The body member includes a shaft member having a linear configuration, a neck member, and an elongated member. The shaft member includes a first end portion and a second end portion. The first end portion of the shaft member is tapered into a planar surface. The neck member extends obtusely from the second end portion of the shaft member. The neck member includes a proximal end portion and a distal end portion such that the proximal end portion of the neck member merges with the second end portion of the shaft member. The elongated member extends from the distal end portion of the neck member, such that, the elongated member is substantially parallel to the shaft member. Abstract: Disclosed is a windshield wiper assembly capable of being mounted on an oscillating wiper mechanism of a vehicle. The windshield wiper assembly comprises a cleaning unit and a rotating mechanism. The cleaning unit comprises a wiper shaft and a plurality of cleaning implements detachably coupled to a peripheral surface of the wiper shaft. The rotating mechanism is coupled to the cleaning unit. The rotating mechanism is capable of rotating the cleaning unit in a manner such that a cleaning implement from the plurality of cleaning implements is selectively brought into contact with a windshield of the vehicle and configured to clean the windshield upon oscillating the cleaning unit over the windshield.

Abstract: An apparatus for scratching and disposing a scratch-off coating that conceals information on a paper is provided. The apparatus includes a panel, one or more scratch tools, a brush and a debris unit. The panel includes a base and a plurality of walls. The plurality of walls is configured along a periphery of the base to form an enclosed area therebetween for accommodating the paper. The paper is accommodated within the enclosed area, and the scratch-off coating is scratched using the one or more scratch tools. The one or more scratch tools are capable of being contained within the panel. Scratching the scratch-off coating forms debris. The debris formed is swept using a brush. The brush is capable of being contained within the panel. The swept debris is received and contained in the debris unit that is coupled to a first wall of the plurality of walls.

Abstract: A kit and a method for providing training for pool game bank shots. The kit comprises a plurality of aiming posts and a plurality of base members. Each aiming post of the plurality of aiming posts comprises a proximal end portion and a distal end portion. Each base member of the plurality of base members comprises a hollow central portion for receiving the proximal end portion of an aiming post. The proximal end portion of the aiming post received in the hollow central portion of a base member enables the aiming post to assume an upright position. The aiming post of the plurality of aiming posts configured in the upright position and positioned at a pre-determined distance from a pool table provides an aiming point for aiming at least one of a cue ball and an object ball for executing a pool game bank shot.

Abstract: A physical training system comprises a resistance structure, and at least one resistance unit disposed thereon, wherein an athlete may attach to the resistance unit by way of a cable that is incorporated in the resistance unit. The at least one resistance unit may exert a resistive force on an athlete through the cable. The system may further comprise at least one target object, against which an athlete may make selective physical contact as part of a training regimen. The system may further comprise sensors and data collection devices for tracking an athlete's performance. The system allows the exertion of force on an athlete from a plurality of directions and according to various movement patterns (including non-linear movement patterns) of an athlete.

Abstract: Disclosed is an automatic switching two pipe hydronic system for conditioning a space. In one embodiment the two pipe hydronic system enables automatic switching from a first mode of operation to a second mode of operation or vice versa in a reduced span of time. The present invention saves fuel, energy and water, when there are lower load conditions that affect boilers, chillers, and cooling towers. In another embodiment, the present invention provides a system for simultaneously heating and cooling a first portion and a second portion of a space by utilizing a plurality of boilers, chillers, heat exchangers, condenser pumps and closed loop pumps by using a plurality of sensors indicating the temperatures inside and outside the space and a controlling module controlling the operation of the system. The present invention can be easily achieved by making minor configurational modifications to existing systems thereby increases system versatility.

The bag includes a pair of gloves capable of being worn by a user for allowing hygienic handling of the medicines, one or more funnels capable of being configured in one or more openings of the lid for allowing receiving of the medicines and storing of the medicines in the container member, a first receptacle having a bittering agent capable of denaturing the stored medicines, a second receptacle having a coloring agent capable of providing a characteristic color to the denatured medicines and a third receptacle having a thickening agent capable of converting the denatured medicines into a partially solid disposable mass.

Abstract: A fastener driving apparatus includes a power source, a control circuit, a motor, a first cylinder, a first piston, a linear motion converter, a second cylinder, a second piston, an anvil, a retention element retaining a component of the apparatus, and at least one sensor. During a compression stroke, the first piston compresses gas in a first cylinder to a predetermined pressure. Compressed gas is communicated to the second cylinder and the retention force of the retention element is overcome, to release the retained component of the apparatus, thereby causing the second piston to move linearly and enabling the anvil to drive the fastener into the workpiece. During a return stroke of the first piston, a vacuum created in the first cylinder is communicated to the second cylinder, causing the second piston and the anvil to retract to their initial positions.
