Abstract: A flexible paper microwave package in the form of an easily expandable, nontrapping bag (18) is disclosed including a bottom wall (20) and a top wall (22) interconnected together adjacent their circular outer peripheries (20a, 22a) by first and second interconnection portions (26a, 26b). In one preferred form, the top wall (22) is formed from a first portion (22d) having a generally oval shaped access opening closed by a generally oval shaped closure portion (22e) interconnected by a wet adhesive seal (40) to the first portion (22d). In a preferred form, the wet adhesive seal (40) is formed by a plurality of spaced, parallel bands (400, 401, 402) defining a plurality of spaced, parallel spaces therebetween for resisting any leakage from the interior of the bag (18) through the seal (40). The bottom and top walls (20, 22) expand into an opposing double domed shape as the food product is being popped, puffed, or expanded in the microwave oven.

Abstract: A reversible ratchet type wrench includes a handle and a box end extending from an end of the handle and having a hole. A compartment is defined in a peripheral wall defining the hole of the box end and communicated with the hole. A receiving hole extends from a side of the box end toward the other side of the box end but spaced from the other side of the box end. The receiving hole intersects the compartment. A bulge portion is formed in a conjunctive area between the handle and the box end. A slot is defined in the bulge portion and communicated with the receiving hole.
Abstract: A handlebar shifter device for operating bicycle derailleur system includes a fixed piece connected to a bicycle handlebar and a recess defined in the end surface of the fixed piece for receiving a resilient member therein. A rotatable member is rotatably mounted to a tube of the fixed piece and an annular flange extends from an end surface of the rotatable member. A cable retaining hole is defined in the fixed piece for receiving a derailleur cable therein and a free end of the cable is fixed to the rotatably member. Two blocks extend from the rotatable member and a plate is mounted on the annular flange. Two protrusions extend from an outer periphery of the plate and respectively contacting two blocks on the rotatable member. A plurality of notches are defined in an outer periphery of one of the protrusions and an index peak of the resilient member is engaged with one of the notches.
Abstract: A gardening pruner comprises two handles, two blades, two pivoting plates, and two actuating plates. The actuating plates are fastened at a bottom end with the handles and are provided at a top end with a toothed portion. The two actuating plates are pivoted together with the two pivoting plates by a pivot. The two blades are provided at a bottom end with a toothed portion and are pivoted together with the two pivoting plates by another pivot such that the toothed portions of the two blades are respectively engaged with the toothed portions of the two actuating plates, thereby resulting in a gear-type transmission of force from the handles to the blades.
Abstract: An automatic coffee maker having a grinding device is provided. Responsive to closing a door, activating an electromagnetic valve will move a covering member away from first apertures and counterclockwise pivot a stop with resilient means being expanded so that powering on a motor will activate a gear mechanism to transmit motion to an outer grinding mechanism for grinding coffee beans into powder which drops through aligned second and first apertures onto a filter cup in a base prior to falling into a bowl in the base by permeation. The coffee maker further comprises a particle fineness adjusting device so that a turning of a projecting bar thereof will adjust the powder fineness.
Abstract: A hanger includes a first board, a second board foldable to the first board for retaining a tool between them and a locking device for locking the second board to the first board. The locking device includes a first flexible strip extending from the first or second board and a second flexible strip extending from the first or second board. A plurality of ratchets is formed on the first flexible strip. A sleeve is formed on the second flexible strip. A ratchet is formed on an internal face of the sleeve. The first flexible strip can be inserted in the sleeve so that one of the ratchets formed on the first flexible strip is engaged with the ratchet formed on the second flexible strip. The locking device includes two slots defined in the second or first board for receiving the first and second flexible strips. The first or second board defines at least one slot, and the second or first board includes at least one hook for insertion through the at least one slot for engagement with first or second board.
Abstract: A cooling fan includes a rotatable hub and a plurality of generally V-shaped impellers that are angularly displaced from each other and that extend outwardly from the hub. Each of the impellers has first and second impeller halves that extend outwardly from the hub and that are connected to each other so as to form cooperatively an angle therebetween.
Abstract: A light leveling device includes a housing having a chamber to rotatably receive a light instrument which may generate a light beam or a reference line out through the housing. One or more batteries may be used to energize the light instrument. The light instrument may be rotated relative to the housing, for allowing the light beam or the reference line to be rotated relative to the wall members. The light instrument includes a knurled surface to be rotated by users. The light instrument includes a projection slidably engaged in a curved passage of the housing, to limit the rotational movement of the light instrument relative to the housing.
Abstract: An adjustable skate includes a boot and a liner. The boot includes an upper and a sole, the upper including a toe cap and a heel portion. The liner is mounted in the boot and includes a bottom plate slidably mounted on the sole and a toe box provided on a front end of the bottom plate. A chamber for receiving a foot of a wearer is defined between the toe box of the liner and the heel portion of the boot. A member is formed on the toe box of the liner. An adjusting member is mounted to the toe cap of the boot and engaged with the member on the toe box of the liner. The adjusting member and the member are so configured that rotation of the adjusting member causes the liner to move along a lengthwise direction of the boot.
Abstract: An adapter connector includes an insertion terminal, a connecting member, a plurality of connecting tubes, and a plurality of optical fiber cables. Thus, by connection of the quick connector and the insertion posts of the connecting member, each of the optical fiber cables is connected to the testing instrument stably and efficiently, thereby facilitating the testing instrument performing the testing procedures. In addition, each of the optical fiber cables can be removed from the respective connecting tube easily and rapidly, thereby shortening the testing time, and thereby enhancing the testing efficiency.
Abstract: A wrench extension with a socket-coupling system includes a socket extension shaft, a transmission member mounted in an axial passageway in an end of the wrench extension shaft, a ball mounted in a first transverse passageway in the end of the wrench extension shaft, and a push member mounted in a second transverse passageway in the wrench extension shaft. The transmission member includes a sliding portion that is in sliding contact with a sliding portion of the push member for urging the ball into a detent of a cavity of a socket coupled to the end of the wrench extension shaft. When the socket is subject to an axial force away from the wrench extension shaft, the transmission member is stopped by the push member to thereby prevent undesired decoupling of the socket.
Abstract: A lawn sprinkler comprises a connection pipe, and a spray angle adjustment structure mounted at one end of the connection pipe and formed of a circular distribution member, an adjustment member and a control member. The control member is actuated to turn by the adjustment member such that one or more of a series of arcuate rims of the control member block one or more of a series of arcuate through holes of the circular distribution member, thereby resulting in the sprinkling of water in various patterns.
