Abstract: A pair of hairdressing scissors comprises two cutting members pivotally connected together. Each cutting member comprises a handle at a first end thereof and a blade at a second end thereof. At least one first positioning hole is defined in a side of a first one of the handles. At least one second positioning hole is defined in a side of a second one of the handles. At least one first engaging member is secured to the other side of the first handle. At least one second engaging member is secured to the other side of the second handle. An end of each of the first and the second engaging members of one pair of hairdressing scissors is releasably force fitted into an associated one of the first and second positioning holes of another pair of hairdressing scissors.
Abstract: A riding floor scrubber (10) is disclosed having a relatively narrow cleaning width for passing through relatively narrow passages such as conventional doorways. The riding floor scrubber (10) includes a recovery tank (16) that is vertically and laterally arranged and removably attached to the back of a clean solution tank (14). The clean solution tank (14) includes spaced parallel side portions (26, 28) and the recovery tank (16) extends between the rear ends of the side portions (26, 28). The recovery tank (16) is secured by first and second brackets (42) that extend into recesses (44) on the clean solution tank (14), with the bottom of the recovery tank (16) including a lip portion (46) resting on a metal plate (20) of a chassis (18), with a battery pack (52) being supported on the plate (20) between the side portions (26, 28) of the clean solution tank (14).

Abstract: Apparatus (10) for packaging products (P) includes a mechanism (84) for accumulating, metering, and creating an array of products (P) in a pack pattern. The array of products (P) in a conveying orientation is transferred to a tray (36), and the tray (36) and the entire pack pattern of products (P) supported thereon are rotated to a second arrangement where the products (P) in the conveying orientation in the tray (36) are perpendicular to the conveying direction. The products (P) are pushed from the trays (36) moving in the conveying direction into cartons (C) moving at the same speed as the trays (36). In the preferred form, the trays (36) are rotatably mounted to carriers (12) moving along a path defined by roller chains (22). A cam follower (48) on a crank arm (46) extending from a spindle (44) rotatably mounting the tray (36) to the carrier (12) travels in a cam track (50) to rotate the tray (36) relative to the carrier (12) between the first and second arrangements.
Abstract: A skate-scooter includes a footplate, a U-shaped collapse base fixed on an upper surface of a front end portion of the footplate, a hollow connector having an open lower end for a coil spring to fit in the hollow connector, a cylinder for a lower end of a handle support tube to fit and positioned therein and having two inclined parallel walls defining a space for the connector to fit therein, a front wheel combined with the cylinder, and a rear wheel combined with a rear end of the footplate. The hollow connector and the two inclined parallel walls of the cylinder are pivotally connected to the collapse base to let the connector, the cylinder and the handle support tube extend or collapse by means of a pin bolt with a push member to push up the connector, the two inclined walls of the cylinder and the handle support tube to separate from a first inclined slot and moved to a second inclined slot of the collapse base from the extended position to the collapsed position.
Abstract: A ratchet transmission control mechanism includes a main body, a spindle rotatably mounted in a longitudinal hole in the main body, two pawls slidably mounted in two transverse holes in the main body, respectively, two elastic members respectively mounted in two arcuate channel devices defined in an outer periphery of the main body, and a switch cap mounted around the main body. The switch cap is movable between three positions, wherein when the switch cap is in a central position, the two pawls are respectively biased by the elastic members to engage with a toothed portion of the spindle, thereby allowing the spindle to drive a fastener in either direction.
Abstract: A tool combination includes a main body including a first compartment and a second compartment defined therein. A tool bit holder is formed on the main body. A tool bit carrier is removably mounted in the second compartment of the main body and carries at least one tool bit that is releasably held by the tool bit holder. A cap is releasably attached to the tool bit holder for enclosing the tool bit holder. An illumination device carrier is removably mounted in the first compartment and carries an illumination device for providing illumination.
