Abstract: A table with extendable legs includes at least one base and extendable leg having one end secured in the base so the leg can stand upright. A tabletop is mounted horizontally on the other end of the leg. The leg includes an external rod and a sleeve centrally inserted into and secured in the hollow external rod. The sleeve includes an inner thread formed in a free end of the sleeve. A hollow internal rod is movably received in the hollow external rod. A threaded spindle is screwed into inner thread and a first gear is securely attached to the free end of the threaded spindle. A Z-shaped handle includes one end having a second gear securely mounted to engage to the first gear to drive the threaded spindle to control the length of the extendable leg to control the height of the table.

Abstract: The invention discloses a direct current brushless motor for a fan. The motor has a housing, a stator, and a rotor. The stator has four pole sheets, a sensor installed between two neighboring pole sheets, and a circuit board electronically connected to the sensor. The rotor is installed on a shaft and has a metal cover under the housing and four permanent magnets. The sensor has a sensing window used to sense the magnetic strength of the permanent magnets. The sensor and the sensing window accordingly are offset a certain distance from a point directly above where two neighboring permanent magnets meet to obtain a better activation effect.

Abstract: A concrete saw (10) includes a cutting assembly having a high compression diesel motor (38) mounted on a carriage (40) in turn slideably mounted in a frame (22) in turn pivotally mounted to parallel rails (14) of a chassis (12) moveably supported on the concrete surface by wheels (18, 20). Concrete slurry hardened on two pairs of UHMW slides (30, 44) provided between the sliding surfaces of the carriage (40) and the frame (22) will break away and fall from the slides (30, 44) when the belt tension is adjusted. A guard (58) prevents entry of concrete slurry to the belt drive and includes a housing (66) having a U-shaped wall (68) which closely conforms to the bottom periphery of the sheave (36) of the belt drive.

Abstract: A top tube assembly is detachably mounted between a seat tube and a head tube of a bicycle and comprises a tube, two hook-like attaching members, and two latch members. Each attaching member has an end securely attached to an associated end of the tube and mounted around an associated one of a seat tube and a head tube of a bicycle. Each latch member has an end pivotally connected to the associated end of the tube. Each latch member is pivotable along a horizontal plane between a locking position and an unlocking position.

Abstract: A pen having a 3-dimensional pattern has at least one flexible strip. The flexible strip is sandwiched between a pattern ring and a liner ring with the 3-dimensional pattern partially protruding out of the pattern ring from a corresponding through hole. The liner ring abuts a bottom end of a connecting ring. The connecting ring is formed with an annular flange on its outer surface. The pattern ring abuts the annular flange to enclose the liner ring. A top end of the connecting ring is clamped onto a barrel of the pen, and a bottom end of the liner ring is threadingly connected to a tip of the pen.

Abstract: An angle adjustment mechanism for a temple of eyeglasses comprises a square recess at an endpiece of a rim, a hole through the square recess, an abutment member including a square member shaped to conform to the square recess, an annular projection on the square member, a first annular toothed portion spaced from the square member by the annular projection, and a plurality of slits across the first annular toothed portion for providing a flexibility when the first annular toothed portion is compressed, a pivot member pivotably secured to the temple, the pivot member including an annular recess and a second annular toothed portion on the bore of an aperture therethrough, and an engagement member including a plurality of protrusions with latched ends, any two adjacent protrusions being separated by a gap.

The other connection bar is disposed on one left lifting rod and connected to the other left lifting rod. One pair of connection rods are disposed on the corresponding base rods and connected to the corresponding right lifting rods.

Abstract: A gas container comprises a container including a main chamber for containing flammable gas. The container comprises a valve seat in an end thereof, the valve seat defining a chamber communicated with the main chamber. A cover is mounted to close the end of the container. The cover includes an outlet communicated with the chamber of the valve seat. A valve stem is mounted in the valve seat and slidable between a closed position not allowing the flammable gas to exit the outlet through the chamber and an open position allowing the flammable gas to exit the outlet through the chamber. The valve stem is actuatable by an object extending into the valve seat via the outlet of the cover so as to be moved from the closed position to the open position.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an illuminance sensing head structure including a housing, a light detector, a positioning member, a first color light filtering plate, a second color light filtering plate, and a diffusion plate. The housing has a top face recessed with a square plate receiving slot receiving the two color light filtering plates. The plate receiving slot has a center recessed with a rectangular receiving chamber for receiving the light detector. One side of the plate receiving slot is formed with a member receiving space for receiving the positioning member. The plate receiving slot has an outer edge provided with multiple rod insertion holes. The diffusion plate has an enclosure, and has a bottom formed with multiple insertion rods each close fit with the rod insertion hole.
