    Abstract: A table with extendable legs includes at least one base and extendable leg having one end secured in the base so the leg can stand upright. A tabletop is mounted horizontally on the other end of the leg. The leg includes an external rod and a sleeve centrally inserted into and secured in the hollow external rod. The sleeve includes an inner thread formed in a free end of the sleeve. A hollow internal rod is movably received in the hollow external rod. A threaded spindle is screwed into inner thread and a first gear is securely attached to the free end of the threaded spindle. A Z-shaped handle includes one end having a second gear securely mounted to engage to the first gear to drive the threaded spindle to control the length of the extendable leg to control the height of the table.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a direct current brushless motor for a fan. The motor has a housing, a stator, and a rotor. The stator has four pole sheets, a sensor installed between two neighboring pole sheets, and a circuit board electronically connected to the sensor. The rotor is installed on a shaft and has a metal cover under the housing and four permanent magnets. The sensor has a sensing window used to sense the magnetic strength of the permanent magnets. The sensor and the sensing window accordingly are offset a certain distance from a point directly above where two neighboring permanent magnets meet to obtain a better activation effect.

A guard (58) prevents entry of concrete slurry to the belt drive and includes a housing (66) having a U-shaped wall (68) which closely conforms to the bottom periphery of the sheave (36) of the belt drive.
