Abstract: The disclosure relates to a partition having vertical and horizontal frame members connected at a corner, each frame member having a web and side flanges each having a part extending inwardly to form with the web of panel receiving channel and a part extending outwardly to form a cap-receiving structure. Each frame member is provided with a pair of mounting flanges extending outwardly from the web, spaced from each other, and from the side flanges. The sides of each of the mounting flanges facing each other are provided with at least one groove. The frame members are mitered at the corners and abutted together so that their grooves meet at the corner. An angle member extends between the mounting flanges, fitting within grooves of the vertical and horizontal members of the corner and being connected to their webs to form a joint. A leg mounting bracket is provided extending between the mounting flanges and fitting within their grooves at the bottom of the vertical frame member and connected to each web.

Abstract: A seat assembly for a locomotive cab or the like which comprises a seat portion, a back portion pivoted at the rear of the seat portion, a shaft which is downwardly dependent from the seat portion, the shaft including means to enable rotation of the seat and back portions about the shaft and adjustment of the height thereof, a sleeve in which the shaft is journaled, means to lock the shaft relative to the sleeve into selected radial and vertical positions of the seat and back portions, and means for wall mounting the seat assembly on the wall of the cab.

Abstract: This board baseball game is so designed that the skill and strategy of a player can be utilized to the unique interrelation of pitch selection by the pitcher, batter location in the batter's box and position of the fielders, as well as the placement of the ball, if hit, on the playing field; thus providing a most true-to-life action baseball board game. The action is controlled by the players, by means of an unique method of openings in the home plate area which indicate the results of any pitch selection in comparison to the batter selection. These results are contained on an information wheel that is controlled by the pitcher.

Abstract: The invention relates to a breakerless ignition system with a magneto supply for use in an internal combustion engine. The system includes a transistorized circuit for interrupting the current flow in the primary winding of the coil to thereby produce the firing voltage in the secondary which is connected to the spark plug. The circuit includes either a single transistor, or two transistors in a Darlington arrangement, connected in series in the circuit of the primary winding. A switching transistor is connected to the control electrode of either the first transistor or the Darlington pair to be adaptable to turn it off. A first resistor has one end connected to the base of the switching transistor. A parallel resistor-capacitor combination is connected in series with a further resistor, and the serial combination is connected in parallel with the Darlington arrangement or the single transistor.
