Abstract: A base assembly for air handlers having a filter. Four metallic legs each have a distal end. The metallic legs also have first through holes at first predetermined distances from their respective distal ends. The metallic legs have a rectangular or square cross section, and each distal end mounts to a floor. First and second metallic upper frames have vertical extensions to telescopically receive the four metallic legs respectively. The first and second metallic upper frames further have braces member and air filter C-shaped tracks. The first and second metallic upper frames each further have elongated male horizontal arms and elongated female horizontal arms that join whereby the air filter C-shaped tracks face each other to receive a filter.

Abstract: An elliptical stroller assembly including a stroller frame assembly with a stroller assembly mounted thereto, first and second wheel assemblies, a propulsion frame assembly and propulsion assembly. The propulsion frame assembly and the propulsion assembly may be in an extended or in a retracted configuration with respect to the stroller frame assembly and the stroller assembly. In the extended configuration, the propulsion assembly propels the stroller frame assembly and the propulsion frame assembly is removably secured to a first fixed mount. In the retracted configuration, the propulsion assembly does not propel the stroller frame assembly. At this position, the propulsion frame assembly is removably secured to a second fixed mount.

Abstract: An accessory for suspending pots for flowers having a band assembly and at least one suspending assembly. The band assembly has a sidewall extending between a top edge and a bottom edge. The sidewall has at least one set of outwardly protruding sidewalls a predetermined distance from the sidewall to define a cavity. The at least one set of outwardly protruding sidewalls are connected by a front wall having a notched cutout. The band assembly is at a first predetermined angle when mounted. The at least one suspending assembly has an exterior wall, a neck, and a head. The neck fits within the notched cutout and the head fits within the cavity. The suspending assembly suspends a container having greenery. The at least one suspending assembly remains approximately in a second predetermined angle, which is approximately in a horizontal orientation regardless of the first predetermined angle.

Abstract: A digital control system for a tankless water heater assembly designed to heat water on a continuous basis as it passes from a conventional water source and through a heating system. The digital control system comprises a display capable of displaying at least three display modes. The first display mode displays a power setting in the form of a bar graph, and real-time voltage used and efficiency in percentage form. The second display mode displays kilowatt usage and percentage draw. The second display mode is defined as a “generator mode” because a generator unit displays actual kilowatts the tankless water heater assembly is using. While in the second display mode, a user can manually adjust the kilowatts to be used. The third display mode displays amperage draw and actual power usage in percentage form.

Abstract: A rotary internal combustion engine including a rotor assembly and a shaft, whereby the rotor assembly is mounted upon the shaft. The rotary internal combustion engine also includes a first vane assembly and a second vane assembly. A casing assembly houses the rotor assembly. In addition, a cooling system includes first and second sides. The cooling system houses the casing assembly. Furthermore, a first plate assembly mounts onto the casing assembly and the cooling system at the first side, and a second plate assembly mounts onto the casing assembly and the cooling system at the second side.

Abstract: A business method, and more particularly, a system and method for reducing worker's compensation insurance reportable incidents to identify sources of Worker's Compensation Insurance claims over a web based delivery system administered to employees. This allows for fewer reportable incidents to be presented by employees against their employer's Worker's Compensation Insurance policy. The system and method for reducing worker's compensation insurance reportable incidents allows corrections to be suggested to employees and employers prior to an occurrence of a reportable incident, which reduces the possibility of these claims occurring and thus lowers the cost of Worker's Compensation direct and indirect costs to the employer.

Abstract: A method for reducing asphaltene and paraffin content in oil material for recuperating and improving production of heavy, medium and light crude oils by reducing asphaltene and paraffin content in crude oil and oil-containing tar sands; and schist and clay for recuperation of exposed oxidized oil; and tar petroleum, schist petroleum, and clay petroleum, whereby a molecule elimination process of very polymerized hydrocarbons, including asphaltene and paraffin, are responsible for medium, heavy and extra heavy crude oil poor properties, as well as the difficult recuperation of most high containing long chain asphaltene and paraffin light crude oils, resulting in the production of more light and short hydrocarbon chains to greatly reduce viscosity, thus facilitating its recuperation and transportation.

Abstract: A plunger apparatus, comprising a force cup assembly having a top edge, a neck, and a first bottom edge. An elongated connector has a tube comprising a first top end and a first bottom end. A housing assembly has a second top end and a second bottom edge. An adaptor has a third top end and a third bottom edge. A valve assembly comprises a valve and a fitting. The force cup assembly comprises at least one ridge and the second bottom edge rests upon the at least one ridge. In operation, a force is placed upon the valve assembly, thus biasing the second bottom edge against the at least one ridge to cause the first bottom edge to form a seal upon a drain. Flushing means comprise liquid matter entering via the fitting and flowing through the elongated connector and the force cup assembly when the valve is actuated.

Abstract: The flame retardant viscose is obtained by adding silica to the viscose and subsequently fixing the silica to the fiber, such that the final flame retardant fiber will have regenerated cellulose and a silica polymer providing the fibers with flame retardant properties. Conventionally, the regeneration of the viscose mixture is carried out using zinc sulphate, while the final phase of washing of the fiber is accomplished using sulphuric acid. Both zinc and sulphuric acid are highly contaminating products from the environmental point of view. The invention consists, on the one hand, of replacing the zinc sulphate with aluminum sulphate and, on the other, of replacing the sulphuric acid with hydrogen peroxide or oxygenated water, this minimizing the contaminating effect of the process to an extraordinary extent.

Abstract: A skateboard with sail assembly, comprising a skateboard having first and second ends and a through hole. The through hole is positioned in between the first and second ends. A removable post assembly projects from the through hole. A pedal clamp assembly is mounted onto the removable post assembly. A handle bar assembly is also mounted onto the removable post assembly. The skateboard with sail assembly may be utilized with its sail in a deployed configuration or a retracted configuration. In addition, the post assembly may be completely removed so that the skateboard may be utilized on its own.
