Abstract: A continuous, filled envelope assembly includes continuous, envelope forming webs and laterally abbreviated insert webs. The insert webs are capable of accurate feeding with the envelope webs, and also adapted to be processed independently, and include a row of spaced feed holes of one web superimposed on a non-marginal row of spaced feed holes of an adjacent web.
Abstract: A cam operated locking device for selectively locking or releasing an isolator frame for a seat that is slidable longitudinally on a support. The seat includes insolator frame has a locking recess therein. The locking device includes a U-bar housing affixed to a bracket on the support. There is a lever rod rotatable and slidable within the U-bar housing that is adapted to engage the recess in said isolator frame for locking the seat with respect to the bracket. Cam means including at least one pair of cam surfaces are formed on the U-bar housing. The lever rod carries a pin, which extends transversely within the U-bar housing and cooperates with the cam means. Spring means are disposed about the lever rod for biasing the lever rod into the recess in the seat frame. A handle is secured to the lever rod for rotating same. When the lever rod is in a first position on the cam means, the spring means will bias the lever rod into engagement with the recess.
Abstract: A tool holder for holding a T-shaped tool which includes a tool head receiving member and a tool tail receiving member. The tool head receiving member includes an opening with a continuous surface for engaging the tool head at spaced apart points of contact for control of the tool during any jostling movement thereof. The tool tail receiving member includes a U-shaped inner surface disposed for guiding the tool head into engagement with the tool receiving member. The tool head receiving member and tool tail receiving member are spaced apart a distance for receiving the handle of the tool.
Abstract: A method of preparing a freeze-dried foam including an active ingredient, such as a pharmaceutical, nutrient, diagnostic, insecticide or fertilizer, is disclosed.
Abstract: An ignition system interface for interposing an automotive combustion engine having a computer controlled ignition with an engine test analyzer. The interface receives timing signals from the ignition computer and generates modified timing based on command from the engine analyzer. Modified timing signals are transmitted to the coil ignition module which fires the spark plugs of the engine. The analyzer may command a shorting of the cylinder which causes the interface to modify the timing at the appropriate time for inhibiting a selected cylinder from firing. Secondary signals from the spark plugs are received by the interface and converted to a proper voltage waveform for recognition by the engine analyzer. The cylinder No. 1 is monitored by the interface and converted to a proper waveform for transmission to the analyzer.
Abstract: A ignition module for an ignition system originally fitted with mechanical breaker points. The module comprising a drive winding adapted to be circumferentially received about one of the legs of a core for generating a first induced voltage signal in response to engine rotation. The module further comprising a control circuit extending from the drive winding and positioned between a core leg and an ignition coil.
Abstract: A spring coil compressor tool capable of compressing an automobile spring while it is operatively mounted on the vehicle is disclosed. The inventive spring coil compressor tool includes elongated hook means on the upper spring coil engagement means that allow the safe compression of the spring coil despite the obstruction of low extending fender walls.

Abstract: A running data display unit (1) for a bicycle calculates running data such as running speed, running distance, average speed, maximum speed etc. of a bicycle, based on pulse signals from a revolution detecting portion (3). This calculation is performed by a microcomputer incorporated in the display unit. The running data obtained by the calculation are displayed in a digital form on a liquid crystal display panel (15). The panel (15) gives display of a speed unit km/h or mile/h selectively. This display of km/h (or mile/h) emits a winking light when the microcomputer measures determined running data such as the running distance, the average speed etc. and emits uninterrupted light when measuring of such running data is stopped. As a result, the rider of the bicycle can immediately ascertain whether measuring operation is being made or not.
Abstract: A non-public hydraulic elevator has three emergency systems isolated from the primary drive system: a control system, a manually activated emergency descent system, and an emergency stop system. A hydraulic brake is provided a primary and emergency brake release pressure supply by the control and manually activated emergency descent systems, respectively. The emergency stop system overrides the control system and the emergency descent system to positionally lock the elevator car. A hydraulic safety-governor system operates during descent to monitor and maintain a controlled descent speed.
Abstract: A chromogenic mixture capable of forming a black image with zinc-modified phenolic resins is disclosed that includes an orange chromogen, a green or single component black chromogen and a blue, indigo or violet chromogen.
