Abstract: An electronic gaming device and method are set forth which provides for dynamically selected pay tables. For each hand or series of hands the device selects a prevailing pay table or a prevailing pay for one or more outcomes. The prevailing pay table can be randomly selected from a plurality of pay tables, pseudo-randomly selected or can be selected based upon the player's strategy of play.
Abstract: A modular drawer system for mounting a movable drawer within a cabinet having a floor includes a drawer having a bottom and side walls. Rollers are mounted to and extend from the side walls. Two guide rails adapted to receive the rollers to mount and guide movement of the drawer are secured to a base, optionally comprising two or more base components. The guide rails are fixed in a substantially parallel relationship at a fixed spacing substantially equal to the spacing between the rollers. The system includes a member for securing the base to the cabinet floor.
Abstract: A device and method are set forth playing a game of Bingo while at the same time playing Poker. A processor displays a player Bingo card representing a 5×5 matrix and selects a virtue card against which the player competes. Each matrix coordinate has a Bingo number/letter assigned thereto. Bingo numbers are selected and compared to those on the matrices. At each concordance, a playing card value is assigned. The selection is terminated when the virtual Bingo card or player Bingo card obtains a predetermined Bingo. For any predetermined patterns formed by card values on the player Bingo card, the player receives an award. Also the player can select a row, column or diagonal and use the selected cards to form a Poker hand. If the player obtains a predetermined Poker holding, the played receives and award.
Abstract: An adjustable clothing hanger includes extension arms extending from the shoulders of a clothing hanger. The extension arms engage locks that secure the extension arms in a desired position. In one embodiment, the extension arms include receivers that mount to the ends of the shoulders. The extension arms are locked by an adjuster strip connected that engages the hook of the clothing hanger. In an alternate embodiment, the extension arms are supported and guided by a mount that is attached to the clothing hanger. An optional embodiment includes ridges engaging a detent to lock the extension arms in place.
Abstract: A card game method begins by dealing four cards each to an initial player hand and an initial dealer hand. A final player hand and final dealer hand are formed by selecting three cards from the initial player hand and the initial dealer hand, respectively. The final player hand is compared to the final dealer hand and the higher ranking final hand is declared the winning hand. Optionally, two or more range sets are defined. One card of the initial dealer hand is designated a range card and the range set containing the range card is designated a winning range set.
Abstract: A card game between a player and dealer begins by dealing two cards to each of the dealer and player. If either the player or dealer hand contains a predetermined two-card combination, such as a pair, that hand wins unless both contain a predetermined two-card combination, in which case the higher ranking two-card combination wins. If neither the hand includes a predetermined two-card combination, the higher and lower cards of the player hand are compared to the higher and lower cards, respectively, of the dealer hand. The player hand wins if both cards of the player hand outrank the corresponding cards of the dealer hand. The dealer hand wins if both cards of the dealer hand outrank the corresponding cards of the player hand. A push is declared if one of the player cards outranks the corresponding dealer card and the remaining dealer card outranks the remaining player card.
Abstract: A method for providing a supplemental wager for a base game, such as Pai Gow Poker, in which a quantity of card are dealt to a banker and player and the dealt cards are arranged into at least two sub-hands. Each player places a supplemental wager. Should a preselected sub-hand of the player outranks the corresponding banker sub-hand, the player wins the supplemental wager. If, however, a preselected sub-hand of the banker outranks the corresponding sub-hand of the player, the player loses the supplemental wager. If the banker and player preselected sub-hands are tied, the tie is resolved in a pre-established fashion so that either the player or the banker wins.
Abstract: A card game begins with designating at least one playing card to be a substitute card and defining a substitution pattern for the substitute cards: The first player is dealt a first player hand of cards. The player plays the first player hand to completion and receives at least one additional player hand of cards. For each additional hand, the substitute cards are copied into other player hands to replace a card in that hand, according to the substitution pattern, only if the substitution results in a higher poker ranking for the hand. Players are rewarded based on the final poker ranking of each player hand after substitution, if any.

Abstract: An electronic Bingo game and method are set forth wherein a player inputs a wager and a Bingo card is displayed. A first set of balls is selected and compared to the numbers of the Bingo card. If a predetermined winning pattern is obtained, the player receives a reward. A second outcome set of balls is selected. If the player obtains a cover all Bingo card from the first and second outcome sets, the player is entitled to a second award. The player can select the numbers for his Bingo card and can make a desired wager up to a pre-selected maximum wager.
Abstract: A device and method for playing a card game where four game cards are selected. To win, a fifth, outcome card must have either a higher or lower value than any same suited game card.
Abstract: The control method and apparatus of the present invention is directed for an activated sludge wastewater treatment process. Instrumentation for measuring suspended solids concentration in the aeration tank and in the WAS flow stream communicates with a data processor having at least one data structure. The data structure stores algorithms, constant values including the volume of the aeration tank (VAerationTank), and unit conversion factors. In use, the user inputs to the data processor a desired solids retention time (SRTDesired) to optimize the treatment process.
Abstract: A splash guard for a sink is set forth which includes a panel having a longitudinal dimension substantially co-extensive with the front of a sink. At the top the panel has an upper margin and at the bottom a trough. The guard is adapted to be removably secured to the cabinet containing the sink at the upper margin such that the panel is disposed in front of the cabinets below the sink to prevent splashes from falling on the cabinets. The trough directs any splashes away from the cabinets.
Abstract: A gun locking device includes a tube that fits within the bore of a handgun or other firearm and extends from the muzzle to the chamber. A first or expandable subassembly on the distal end portion of the tube cooperates with a second or actuator subassembly on the proximal end to enable a user to lock the tube within the barrel by operating the actuator assembly to thereby expand the expandable subassembly so that it obstructs removal of the tube from the barrel. The expandable subassembly holds radially moveable balls in a ring within the distal end portion of the tube and in alignment with a ring of radially facing apertures. Operation of an actuator knob on the actuator subassembly causes a compression rod within the tube to cause two compression balls to bear against the radially moveable balls so that the radially moveable balls protrude through the apertures to the chamber wall for locking purposes.
Abstract: A device is provided for a motor vehicle of the type having a manual transmission including a clutch coupled to a clutch pedal. An actuator engaged to the clutch controls the actuation of one or more external indicator lights in response to the depression of the clutch pedal. Optionally, the system further includes a dashboard indicator light that is illuminated by the actuator upon depression of the clutch pedal.
Abstract: Disclosed herein is an apparatus and method for playing a game of chance. The game of chance includes a multi-reel slot game and one or more matrices. In one embodiment, one matrix per payline configuration is made available. When a special symbol appears on a reel it is activated on the corresponding matrix in a corresponding cell of the matrix. When the special symbols align in the matrix according to the payline in question, a winning outcome occurs. In another embodiment, a plurality of special symbols are available on said reels. One matrix per special symbol is provided. When special symbols appear on the reel selected paylines they are activated in like cell positions on the appropriate matrix. When the a matrix is filled a winning outcome occurs and the player may qualify for an eligibility game that may provide additional awards to a player.
