  • Patent number: 7618481
Abstract: A core unit of a dehumidifier comprises two towers and an upper and a lower air valve. The two towers are mounted in parallel between the upper and lower air valves and respectively filled with a drying agent. Two control valves are respectively connected to the corresponding tower through the lower air valve. When pressurized air flows into the lower air valve, the lower air valve determines that the air go to one of the two towers linked to the other tower by an equalizing slot, causing a difference in air pressure between the two towers. When the air pressure of the two towers is equal, the lower air valve changes the tower to receive the pressurized air and allows the drying agent in the other tower to dry out. Therefore, the two towers generate dry air alternately whilst reducing manufacturing costs.

  • Patent number: 7603992
Abstract: A fuel-saving apparatus includes an elongated and flattened body made from a pliable material. The body has two ends each has a coupling slot formed thereon, a plurality of openings formed on the surface thereof and a plurality of upper flanges and lower flanges formed at two lateral sides, and a base blade which has the surface attached to an infrared membrane. The base blade is wedged through the coupling slot and encased by the body. The body is disposed in a fuel tank without the flattened surface directly in contact with the inner wall of the fuel tank due to the upper and lower flanges. The base blade radiates infrared light through the openings to boost the energy level of fuel molecules in the fuel tank so that the fuel can achieve almost complete combustion.

  • Patent number: 7594756
Abstract: A rolling member guiding structure installed in the circulation tunnel of a sliding block in a linear transmission mechanism. The guiding structure has a bar shaped part disposed along the inner wall of the circulation tunnel of the sliding block so as to form the inner cavity of the circulation tunnel into a predetermined guiding space thereby guiding the rolling members to circulate along the circulation tunnel heading to a predetermined direction. With this structure, the contact area between the rolling member and the circulation tunnel can be minimized so as to reduce the frictional resistance to the rolling member and smooth the operation of the linear transmission mechanism.

  • Patent number: 7562624
Abstract: In a printing blanket comprising a reinforcement layer formed of more than one sheet of fabric, a compressive layer, and a surface rubber layer laid through a supporting body, the compressive layer is separated by a separation layer so as to be divided into two layers of a first compressive layer and a second compressive layer. Because the compressive layer is formed in a two-layer construction, normal printing pressure and abruptly applied excessive printing pressure can be efficiently absorbed. It is preferable that the first compressive layer close to the surface rubber layer has an air space amount of 0.10-0.20 mm, and the entire part of the first compressive layer and second compressive layer has an air space amount of 0.25 mm or more. It is also preferable that the hardness of the compressive layer is 50-90 JIS-A, and the separation layer has a hardness of 50 JIS-A-80 JID-D and a thickness of 0.05 mm.

  • Patent number: 7551416
Abstract: A power supply equipped with an independent overload protection mechanism includes a control circuit and a transformation circuit that form multiple sets of combination circuits for transforming AC power to DC power. Each control circuit is connected to a protection circuit which monitors overload operation conditions of an electronic device. In the event that an overload condition occurs, the protection circuit outputs an individual protection signal to the control circuit to stop or suspend power output on a DC power cord so that the electronic device at the rear end is not driven. Hence an independent overload protection can be achieved.

  • Patent number: 7528883
Abstract: A method for blurred image judgment is provided. Firstly, a focus value FV1 of an original image is calculated. By using a blur function, the original image is obfuscated to generate a blurred image, and then the focus value FV2 of the blurred image is calculated. A blur ratio FV1/FV2 is compared with a blur threshold value Tp, thereby discriminating whether the original image is blurred according to the comparing result. The method for blurred image judgment is applicable to a digital image capture device. If the original image is deemed blurred, a blur image signal is issued to notify the user whether the retaking operation is done.
