  • Patent number: 6398536
Abstract: A torque waveform of an ejecting device when a molded product is normally ejected is memorized in a memory device 12 as a normal waveform. A sampling device 11 samples a torque waveform of the ejecting device at predetermined time intervals to produce a detected waveform when the molded product is ejected. Threshold levels are set in a controlling device 13 at arbitrary time intervals by a first setting device 14 and set operations for specifying the operations of an injection molding machine are also set in the controlling device 13 at the threshold levels by a second setting device 15. The controlling device 13 compares a normal waveform with the detected waveform to judge whether a comparative result is above or below the threshold level, and if the comparative result is above the threshold level, the controlling device 13 controls the injection molding machine based on the set operation set according to the threshold level.

  • Patent number: 6391114
Abstract: The invention provides a vacuum processing apparatus, in which a substantial installation area is smaller than that of a conventional vacuum processing apparatus having a plurality of processing chambers of the same size and the same number, and easy maintenance can be achieved. More specifically, the invention provides a vacuum processing apparatus including a plurality of processing chambers, which are provided with processing devices for effecting predetermined processing on a target object, can achieve predetermined internal pressures, and can accommodate the target object for effecting predetermined processing under the predetermined pressures. In the vacuum processing apparatus, the plurality of processing chambers are arranged around a central chamber provided for object transfer and being capable of achieving a predetermined internal pressure, and are connected with the central chamber.

  • Patent number: 6367980
Abstract: The bearing according to the invention is an ultra thin type rolling bearing in which the ratio of a ball diameter/a pitch circle diameter is 0.03 or less, and includes an outer member, an inner member, and balls inserted between these members. A double row raceway surface is provided at the inner circumferential surface of the outer member. The inner member includes an annular member and an engaging member engaged to the outer circumference of the annular member and having an axial clearance to the annular member, and raceway surfaces are provided at the outer circumferential surfaces of the annular member and engaging member. Preloading is performed by pressurizing the engaging member and reducing the axial clearance. Thus, the number of parts is reduced and the manufacturing cost is reduced accordingly.

  • Patent number: 6304401
Abstract: A magnetic reproducing apparatus uses a magnetic head to read data recorded on a magnetic recording medium. The signal reproduced by the magnetic head is, in a reading circuit, amplified by an amplifier circuit. A compensation circuit compares the bias voltage across the magnetic head with a reference voltage to detect variation in the bias voltage and compensates for the variation in accordance with the detection result. In the magnetic reproducing apparatus, the amplification factor of the amplifier circuit is set by a control signal fed in via a single switching terminal, and the reference voltage is set in a manner interlocked therewith.

  • Patent number: 6266089
Abstract: An image sensor has a plurality of sensor integrated circuit devices of the same configuration arranged in a row. Each sensor integrated circuit device has a plurality of light-sensing elements, a sensor circuit for successively outputting the outputs of these light-sensing elements, and an amplifier circuit. It further has a first output terminal for directing the output of the sensor circuit out of the sensor integrated circuit device, an input terminal for directing an external signal to the amplifier circuit, and a second output terminal for directing the output of the amplifier circuit out of the sensor integrated circuit device. The first output terminal of each sensor integrated circuit device is connected to the input terminal of a particular sensor integrated circuit device so that the output of every light-sensing element is amplified by the amplifier circuit of that particular sensor integrated circuit device alone.

  • Patent number: 6201736
Abstract: According to the present invention, a flash memory, having a plurality of non-volatile memory cells, comprises: a plurality of cell blocks CBL having the plurality of non-volatile memory cells, a data latch circuit 20, connected to said cell blocks, for storing data that is read from or written to a selected cell block. The flash memory further includes a control circuit 16 for, in response to an external copy command, erasing a copy destination cell block, reading data from a copy source cell block to store the data in said data latch circuit, and writing the stored data to said copy destination cell block. In the flash memory, when the system gives the address of the copy source cell block and the address of the copy destination cell block, checking and erasing of the copy destination cell block required for copying, reading of data from the copy source cell block and writing that data to the copy destination cell block are performed automatically inside the memory.

  • Patent number: 6185137
Abstract: A memory device, such as a DRAM, includes multiple cell blocks, each having bit lines and word lines. Block control circuits are connected to respective ones of the cell blocks. The block control circuits supply a precharge signals to their associated cell blocks. A block control circuit which is connected to a defective cell block generates a precharge signal having a precharge level of the bit lines and a reset level of the word lines in accordance with an access condition of the defective cell block. The block control circuit sets the precharge signal to the precharge level when the defective cell block is activated and to the reset level when it is deactivated.
