Abstract: In a semiconductor integrated circuit device using a MOS type transistor as a transistor for the output of a great current, the source and drain of the transistor is formed by connecting in parallel a plurality of source regions and drain regions surrounded by a gate electrode.
Abstract: An injector including an electrically operated valve connected to a pressurized liquid supply source, is provided in a fuel supply system of an internal combustion engine, to inject fuel from a fuel tank supplied under pressure by a fuel pump. The injector has a housing having a conduit to receive fuel and a movable core (member) disposed in the conduit. The movable core has a valve. When a solenoid is energized, the movable core moves against the flow of fuel to open the valve, while allowing fuel to flow between a conduit surface and the movable member to as far as the valve. Grooves are formed on at least one of the conduit surface and a surface of the movable core, preferably on the conduit surface, in a direction parallel to that in which the movable member moves. These grooves act as fluid passages, reducing the fluid resistance encountered by the movable core and enhancing the valve stroke response.
Abstract: In the vessel holder for an automobile-mounted console box, the wobble of a vessel ie: cup or the like caused by the vibration and the like of an automobile is particularly prevented. A console box 10 includes a box main body 20 and a lid 40. The box main body 20 has a hollow structure with its upper surface opened and the rid is openably and closably attached to the open upper surface of the box main body 20. The lid 40 includes a cup inserting hole 70 and a sliding door 90. The cup inserting hole 70 passes through the lid 40 in a vertical direction. The sliding door 90 is slidably held by sliding rails 80 disposed to the lid 40 and opens and closes the cup inserting hole 70. The sliding door 90 is slid so as to be abutted against the periphery of cups A B C inserted into the cup inserting hole 70 and holds them between it and the inner edge of the cup inserting hole 70 by adjusting the amount of opening of the cup inserting hole 70.
Abstract: A semiconductor memory device comprises a plurality of memory cells for storing cell data. Word lines are connected to the memory cells. A first bit line includes a primary bit line connected to each memory cell and a secondary bit line. A first switching circuit is connected between the primary and secondary bit lines. A sense amplifier is connected to the secondary bit line. A second bit line is connected to the sense amplifier. A second switching circuit is connected between the second bit line and one of the primary and secondary bit lines.
