    Abstract: The present invention discloses a damper disc comprising a spline hub; a radial flange formed at the hub; a case connected to facings; circumferentially spaced plural compressible coil springs connecting the case and the flange together; sealed spring chambers formed around the springs by the case or a cover; sealed narrow spaces connecting the spring chambers together; and spring seats disposed at both ends of the springs; said chambers and spaces being filled with oil, so that the oil applies a resistance force to the moving spring seats. At least one of side surfaces of a portion of the flange radially inside the springs may be provided with radially spaced annular protrusions, and the cases may be provided with annular protrusions engaging with the protrusions on the flange with narrow spaces therebetween.

    Abstract: A set of iron golf clubs, in which a grip is disposed at one end and a club head is disposed at the other end of a shaft, the length of the shaft is gradually decreased and the loft angle is gradually increased from a longer iron to a shorter iron, wherein the structure of the club head is made such that a hollow structure is taken for longer irons and a solid structure is taken for shorter irons in which the volume of hollow portion is gradually decreased as the number of the club changes from side of the longer iron to the shorter iron. The sole width of the club head gradually increases as the number of the club changes from the shorter irons to the longer irons.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a hand-held type opening and closing action tool in the form having front active pieces for cutting and other operations adapted to perform opening and closing motion around the axis of a pivot, as found in manual sharp-edged tools and manual tools, such as scissors, pliers, nippers, and strippers. The tool comprises a hand-holdable cover case formed with an elongated guide hole, opening and closing operation levers pivotally mounted on the case and normally resiliently urged in the direction to spread out from the case, and front active pieces operatively connected to the levers to bear the resilient force on the levers and adapted to be opened and closed by the levers, the arrangement being such that the levers are prostrated into the sunken state in the case against the resilient force and in this state the pivot of the pieces is slid along the elongated guide hole of the case, whereby the pieces are also received in the case in the sunken state.

    Abstract: An improved thermal head having a continuous thermal line which is provided with the cells (r.sub.1, r.sub.2, r.sub.3, r.sub.4, et al.) on a substrate has been found. A first set of lead wires (A.sub.1, A.sub.2, et al.), a second set of lead wires (B.sub.1, B.sub.2, et al.), and a plurality of group recognition lines (S.sub.1, S.sub.2, et al.) are provided on the substrate, and those lines are coupled with the cells so that each cell is sandwiched between one of said lead lines and one of said group recognition lines. The first and second lead lines are mounted on the opposite sides of the thermal line from each other, and those lead lines provide printing data through respective transistor switches according to the picture signal to be printed. One of the group recognition lines (S.sub.1, S.sub.2, et al.) supplies the power voltage for energizing the cells, and other group recognition lines are supplied to the clamp voltage which is lower than the power voltage.
