Abstract: A digitizing power meter for measuring voltage and current's root-mean-square, average power and power factor, which includes a voltage detector circuit and a current detector circuit to measure voltage and current analog signal; a phase-lock circuit, a voltage Sampling/Holding circuit, a current Sampling/Holding circuit, a trigger circuit, a voltage A/D converter and a current A/D converter to convert analog signal to measure to digital signal; and a digital processing circuit to accurately measure out voltage and current's root-mean-square, average power and power factor by means of the operation of its microprocessor.

Abstract: A light emitting diode display with PCB base, LED members affixed thereon by conductive epoxy, and bonding wire, wherein the PCB is punched with reflector dish on each LED die attach zone so as to reflect and concentrate the light emitted from the LED to increase the luminous intensity of the display, and near each die attach zone is formed a plating through hole to increase the heat-dispersing area of the LED and improve the stability of the forward voltage and wave length (color) of the LED and decrease the light output degradation of the LED to prolong the life of the display.

Abstract: This invention relates to an electronic talking stick for the blind and more particularly to a stick which talks to instruct a blind man to walk and go upstairs and downstairs, and to warn a blind man of dangerous depression in road, and which calls for help when a blind man who uses the stick falls. It is generally comprised of a supporting rod, a control box, a handle, a free steering caster, and a horizontal scanning device, in which the free steering caster helps the whole assembly to slide; two detectors in the control box and a range finder and moving object detector in the handle are arranged for trouble detection to let detected signals be converted into voice, by means of the processing through a control circuit, to instruct the user through an earphone connected to the handle.

Abstract: A foot-controlled water faucet for regulating the outflow of water from a water faucet by means of air pressure comprises a compressing bladder connected with an air bladder in the water faucet by a passageway, a valve block, a ring body and a knob associated in proper order to form the water faucet. When stepping on the compressing bladder by foot the air inside is compressed and is squeezed to the air bladder in the water faucet via the passageway. The air bladder expands and pushes the platform as well as the stem in the ring body and the valve block respectively downward. The stem moves away from the opening of the valve block and water flows out. Water is stopped by releasing the compressing bladder which sucks back the air from the air bladder that is then contracts and allows the stem to move back to the original position. It can also be controlled by hand as an ordinary water faucet.

Abstract: A coaxial cable connector including a screw threaded tube, a male clamping tube and a female clamping tube. The male clamping tube has a central hole, a rear projection pipe and a clamping portion, whereby an insulating portion of a concentric coaxial cable fits into the projection pipe with an outer cover and separate grounding wire sheath of the concentric coaxial cable fitted between the projecting pipe and clamping portion. The inner wall of the female clamping tube is formed with rearwardly tapering inclined portion whereby when the female clamping tube is fitted to the male clamp portion, the tapering portion presses the clamping section of the male clamping tube making the saw tooth portion of the inner wall of the clamping portion securely bite into the concentric coaxial cable. An annular projecting shoulder formed on an outer wall of the clamping portion of the male clamping tube engages an annular groove formed on inner wall of the female clamping tube to join the male and female clamping tubes.

Abstract: A safety hypodermic syringe includes a hypodermic needle fixedly connected to holder plate and constantly supported by a spring means for making axial movement, which holder plate is normally retained by a clamping means at a ready position for injection. When a plunger is pushed to the front limit, the hypodermic needle becomes released from the constraint of the clamping means and pushed by the spring means to drop and to further follow a rubber plug to be squeezed into the inner chamber of the plunger so as to isolate from outside and to prevent from pricking accident or possible body fluid contact.

Abstract: A coaxial cable output terminal safety plug device, which comprises a driving tool to drive a plug to fastened in a coaxial cable output terminal which is not 5 in use. The plug comprises a round tube having received therein a threaded tube which has a resistor driven to insert in the signal output hole of a coaxial cable output terminal to match the impedance.

Abstract: An improvement in binding clip, which includes two symmetric clamping elements pivoted with two positioning plates mounted with two dove-tail slide blocks mounted thereon, and sheets of paper retained therein between the two symmetric clamping elements, whereby the amount of the sheets of paper can be flexibly increased or reduced according to requirement, and whereby the clampng elements each has two interconnected elastic strips to define a clearance with its back wall portion for mounting a cover page. Abstract: The present invention relates to an assembled sound-muffling thermal insulation board, and more particularly to a thermal insulation board having a surface board provided with plural pyramid bodies capable of greatly reducing the reflected sound wave going thereinto, and a sound-muffling thermal insulation layer mounted on the back face of the surface board, which is made from a styropor material and provided with plural fluffs to prevent convection of outdoor and indoor air with different temperatures whereby the hot air or cold air in an air-conditioned room will not escape and the energy is saved.

Abstract: A mechanically controlled writing apparatus with presharpened pencil lead elements generally comprises of an inner cylinder and a pen-holder. The inner cylinder is a straight hollow tube, having two elongated piercing grooves vertically made at the bottom to permit the bottom end be slightly expanded for passing therethrough of pencil lead elements, and a plurality of wedge-like projections made on the outer wall surface at the bottom end and respectively reducing upward, which wedge-like projections may be squeezed inward by the inner wall surface of the outer pen-holder to firmly retain the bottom pencil lead element for smooth writing. The pen-holder comprises a reduced bottom end having a hook means integrally made thereon to alternatively insert through the two elongated piercing grooves into the inner cylinder, which hook means may be controlled to displace outward through a lever motion effect.

The system includes an induction coil for detecting the start up of the car engine, an amplifier circuit, a comparator, control relays, and a night control circuit. As soon as the car is started, the front and the rear location lamp of the car being automatically turned on; the car front lamps and dash lamps automatically turned on in the night. Abstract: This invention relates to an attachable hand-operated/automatic dual usage venetian blind controller which can be attached to an existing venetian blind to set the blades of such a venetian blind together at any angle or to draw up the blades together to one side of the window by means of infrared remote control so as to regulate the light and air passing through. During power failure, the venetian blind can be controlled through hand operation without removing the controller. The controller of this invention is generally comprised of two DC motor and speed reducing gear set assemblies, two guide wheels, two pressure wheels, a beading cord driving wheel, a pull cord driving wheel, an infrared receiver control circuit, and an infrared transmitter.

Abstract: A water pressure-sealing faucet including a sleeve body having a lower outlet opening, provided with inlet holes the diameters of which are reduced downward, and a controlling valve slidably received in the sleeve body, having a lower controlling pin grooved with upward tapered outlet channels and slidably inserted into the outlet opening of the sleeve body, wherein the allowable water flow cross section of the outlet channels is always larger than that of the inlet holes in area whereby when the controlling valve is pulled upward, the water will flow through the sleeve body gradually without sudden change of water pressure to eliminate water hammer effect for protecting water pipe line from damage.

Abstract: An over-loading idling lock set having an actuating shaft connected to an indoor lock core and an outdoor sealing block wherein the sealing block is connected to an outdoor lock core, and plural ball members pushed by corresponding restricting springs are disposed between the sealing block and outdoor lock core whereby the ball members are partially extended into corresponding restricting holes formed on the sealing block to associate the outdoor lock core with the sealing block. By means of turning an indoor or outdoor handle, the actuating shaft is rotated to open the lock set. When closing the lock set, a controlling bolt is inserted into a longitudinal groove formed on the indoor lock core to lock the same and thus when turning the outdoor handle, the ball members are separate from the restricting holes due to insufficient spring force. Therefore, the outdoor handle can only idle without opening the lock set.
