Abstract: A variable position nozzle assembly for a milling or grinding machine where a nozzle is positioned to target coolant to the cutting area of a chosen tool. Each tool may have a different length or cutting or grinding surface width. The CNC program that directs tool motion and tool changes, re-aims the variable position nozzle assembly based on a chosen tool and the dynamic position of the tool as it traverses a workpiece.
Abstract: A stent for ostial lesions and vascular bifurcations has a tubular body comprised by a succession of sections of skeletal members. In one or both end rows of the tubular body, there are expansive bending devices comprising sectional weakenings and open extremities. In the case of the end row, by a proper expander balloon, expansive bending of longitudinal branches of the end row may be produced. Bending is produced due to sectional weakenings. Open extremities allow producing the expansion in a way such as the flourishing of a flower bloom. Under such conditions, bending of the end row makes possible the adequate coverage of the ostial or bifurcation lesion affecting wall of the application vascular conduit.

Abstract: An active matrix organic light emitting diode AMOLED driving circuit using current feedback that ensures the uniformity of brightness in pixels of a flat panel display and shortens the time required to input accurate current to respective pixels in the driving circuit. The prevent invention provides an AMOLED driving circuit using current feedback, comprising: a current digital-to-analog converter outputting a current corresponding to input digital data; a first differential amplifier connected to the current digital-to-analog converter and controlling the input data current and a driving current of a driving transistor of a pixel circuit to be identical to each other; a current mirror mirroring driving current of an organic light emitting diode of the pixel circuit to an input side of the first differential amplifier; and a second differential amplifier coupled to the current mirror and controlling charge and discharge speeds of parasitic capacitance of the pixel circuit.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a vertebral osteosynthesis plate to maintain relative vertebral orientation correction using a correction instrument. The osteosynthesis plate has an overall rectangular shape and comprises at least four slots to insert, in each, fixation devices, wherein at least two of the slots opens onto a lateral edge of the osteosynthesis plate to enable positioning and fixation of the plate with no prior removal of the relative vertebral orientation correction instrument. The edge of the plate is defined by an edge located in the same direction as the longitudinal direction of the plate. The longitudinal direction of the plate is roughly identical to that of the direction of the spinal column.
Abstract: A phase change memory having a memory material layer consisting of a phase change material, and a first and second electrical contact which are located at a distance from one another and via which a switching zone of the memory material layer can be traversed by a current signal, wherein the current signal can be used to induce a reversible phase change between a crystalline phase and an amorphous phase and thus a change in resistance of the phase change material in the switching zone. The invention also relates to a phase change memory assembly, a phase change memory cell, a 2D phase change memory cell array, a 3D phase change memory cell array and an electronic component.

Abstract: A process for recycling composite materials includes the steps of feeding a quantity of composite material composed of at least one polymer and aluminum into at least one first reactor; heating the composite material in a non-oxidizing environment at a temperature sufficient to volatilize the at least one polymer and form a hydrocarbon by-product and aluminum in the at least one first reactor; feeding the aluminum free of the at least one polymer into a second reactor; and heating the aluminum in a non-oxidizing environment at a temperature sufficient to melt the aluminum in the second reactor.

Abstract: A tissue grasping and clipping/stapling device includes a grasping jaw assembly for grasping tissue, and a fastener delivery and forming assembly adapted for applying a fastener to tissue grasped with the jaw assembly. The jaw assembly has a spring loaded closing mechanism to secure different thicknesses of tissue and the fastener feeding and applying mechanism is adaptable to different extents of closing of the jaw assembly. The device is particularly well suited for miniature clipping/stapling such as anastomosis of coronary blood vessels and the like.
