Abstract: A tool head structure is used to screw a regular screw or a damaged screw and comprises two cutting portions located at the center of the front portion thereof. Between the two cutting portions is formed a ridge line, and behind the two cutting portions are formed two concave flank portions, and the respective flank portions are correspondingly linked up with scraping grooves. By such arrangements, the tool head structure can solve the problems of easy slipping and being unable to remove the damaged screw.

Abstract: An optical lens system for taking image comprises: a first lens element with positive refractive power, an Abbe Number of the first lens element being V1, and it satisfying the relation: 50<V1<60; a second lens element with negative refractive power having a concave object-side surface and a convex image-side surface; a third lens element having a convex object-side surface and a concave image-side surface, at least one of the object-side and the image-side surfaces of the third lens element being aspheric; a fourth lens element having at least one aspheric surface; and an aperture stop being located in front of the second lens element.

Abstract: Controller of LED lighting to control the maximum voltage of LEDs and the maximum voltage across current sources is provided. A voltage-feedback circuit is coupled to the LEDs to sense a voltage-feedback signal for generating a voltage loop signal. Current sources are coupled to the LEDs to control the LED currents. A detection circuit senses the voltages of the current sources for generating a clamp signal in response to a maximum voltage of the current sources. Furthermore, a buffer circuit generates a feedback signal in accordance with the voltage loop signal and the clamp signal. The feedback signal controls the maximum voltage of the LEDs and the maximum voltage across the current sources.

Abstract: A circulating assembly for a ball screw comprises a cassette and a separator. The fitting hole of the cassette facilitates the installation of the balls, and the separator is inserted in the fitting hole of the cassette, and the sub-return path in the front end of the separator cooperates with the main return path of the cassette to smoothly guide the circulation of the balls, so that the balls can be installed easily and quickly. And the helical groove of the screw doesn't need to extend to the shoulder portion thereof.

Abstract: A two-dimension linear platform comprises a first displacement module and a second displacement module. The first displacement module includes a carrying member, at least one active linear module and at least one passive linear module. The active linear module and the passive linear module of the first displacement are parallel and opposite each other and are both disposed on the carrying member of the first displacement module. The second displacement module includes a carrying member, at least one active linear module and at least one passive linear module. The carrying member of the second displacement module is disposed on the active linear module and the passive linear module of the first displacement module. The active linear module and the passive linear module of the second displacement module are parallel and opposite each other and are disposed on the carrying member of the second displacement module.

Abstract: A foldable knife includes a handle, a frame pivotally connected to the handle, a cartridge pivotally connected to the frame, a leaf spring attached to the frame, a blade-driving device, a blade-positioning element and a button. The frame includes a slot. The cartridge includes a slot through which the leaf spring reaches at least one blade when the cartridge is disposed in the frame. The blade-driving device includes a plate and a switch. The plate is in firm contact with the blade. The switch includes a portion located outside the frame and another portion inserted through the slot of the frame and connected to the plate. A blade-positioning element is movably connected to the frame. A button includes a portion for pushing the blade-positioning element and another portion inserted through the aperture of the frame for contact with a user's finger.

Abstract: A screw with wave thread including a head, a shank extending therefrom, and a thread spirally disposed on the shank; in particular, the thread has respective first and second threaded sections. Each thread unit of the second threaded section defines a continuous wave-shaped directrix around the shank for a base. A plurality of thread segments are formed on each thread unit of the second threaded section, and each of which has an upper flank as well as a lower flank extended from the shank and disposed along the wave shape directrix to form into a wavy arrangement around shank, thereby disposing more peaks converged by the upper flank and the lower flank for increasing the drilling capability.

Abstract: A multi-functioned flashlight for vehicle rescue use is comprised of a cylinder body with lighting components installed inside its cylinder head, whereof its cylinder head is externally installed with a protruded knocking cone piece and a dismountable cone cover. Its cylinder body is installed with a flash bulb and its flash circuit internally and a flash transparent piece externally. The tail part of the cylinder body is installed with a guard piece with a blade installed in-between with its cutting edge facing outwards. Thereof, it is characterized in that a micro-generator and its gear transmission set are installed inside the cylinder body; the output ends of the micro-generator are electrically connected with the charging circuit and its charging batteries; and the cylinder body is externally installed with a swing arm whose rotating head is through the mounting hole on the cylinder body to engage with the gear transmission set.

Abstract: A self-lubricating ball screw comprises a nut, a screw shaft, at least one lubricating unit and at least one external oil tank. The lubricating unit is disposed in the nut, an end of the lubricating unit protrudes out of the nut and contacts the screw shaft, and another end of the lubricating unit is connected to the oil tank for absorbing the lubricating oil to the lubricating unit from the oil tank. An opening is formed in a side of the respective oil tanks, allowing for radial movement of the screw shaft. With the opening, the oil tank can be replaced at any time. The lubricating unit straddles the wipers and transmits lubricating oil to the protrusion without affecting the original arrangement of the wiper at either end of the nut, thus effectively saving the space of the oil tank, simplifying the structure and improving the maintenance efficiency.
