  • Patent number: 4651379
Abstract: Paint roller tray has generally rectangular closed bottom and sides which terminate in upper periphery. Hinged cover seals against the periphery of the sides to exclude air to inhibit drying of the paint. Preferably, the cover has retainers on the inside for holding paint rollers and/or brushes so that those painting implements also do not dry out. An interior sloped roller plate provides a roller operating area, without reducing interior volume.

  • Patent number: 4464876
Abstract: The suspended woodbeam ceiling is formed of a plurality of beams which lie spaced from each other and at right angles from each other to receive drop-in ceiling panels therebetween. These beams are interconnected with each other, are supported from the overhead, and join the wall rail with the several hardware structures of this invention. The hardware structures engage on one beam and connect it to adjacent structure. Engagement is by lips engaging in grooves and spring teeth engaging in the body of the wood.

  • Patent number: 4454700
Abstract: The suspended woodbeam ceiling is formed of a plurality of beams which lie spaced from each other and at right angles from each other to receive drop-in ceiling panels therebetween. Each beam comprises a beam center to which is secured a beam side on each side thereof. Each beam side has a lip which is engaged by the drop-in ceiling panel for the support of the panel. Crossbeams have locking clips formed thereon for engaging on and locking on the main beam. The beam contours and textures provide especially aesthetic appearance.

  • Patent number: 4262325
Abstract: An altar includes a plurality of candle holders for candles formed from glass containers having wax and a wick therein. The candle is placed on a base which is relatively wide to provide stability. A cover is placed over the candle which partially covers the top opening of the candle. The cover is formed from a ring having a chimney extending upward from the inner diameter of the ring and a conical flange extending downward and outward from the outer diameter of the ring. The chimney has a plurality of holes spaced around its base. A pair of holding rods connect the cover to the base so that the candle is held beween the cover and base to form a semi-rigid stable assembly. The cover, which may be used separately from the base, functions to prevent air currents over the top of the candle from causing the flame to flicker and smoke the inside of the glass container. The cover also keeps heat contained in the candle to melt the wax evenly across its surface.
