Abstract: The present invention provides a developing method for electrophotography which is developed to perform the development by electrically insulating the developing electrode from the support of the photosensitive material, together with apparatuses suitable for practicing said method. This developing method is applicable to both the wet inversion development and the magnetic brush inversion development, and produces a negative-positive image having a satisfactory reproducibility particularly with respect to the solid image area thereof.

Abstract: A set of construction units or elements forming the subject of the invention permits the construction of various kinds or optical projection apparatus which are suitable for copying passages of literature and the like so as to produce in this way a collection of technical literature, for example in the form of a card index, for continuously supplementing the user's knowledge and for facilitating his scientific activities.

Abstract: A self-drawing centrifugal pump having a distributor with asymmetrical blades thereon and at least one inflow or recirculation opening therein. Flaps or the like are arranged on the distributor and serve to close off the channels during the suction phase of the pump. After flow has started, the flaps are adapted to open slightly at first and eventually all the way open to render the entire cross section of the channels available for fluid flow. A portion of the fluid flow is returned through the inflow or recirculation opening to the rotor space or into the outermost part of the rotor where it is again mixed with air and subsequently conveyed away.

Abstract: A cutter set for use in a mincing machine for grinding up of food, particularly meat, cheese and fat. The food is supplied to the cutter set by a conveyor screw. The cutter set consists of at least one rotating knife and at least one perforated disk. The rotating knife has an annular channel around the periphery thereof for facilitating a discharge of hard particles contained in the food. At least a pair of cutting blades is provided on the rotating knife and is connected by a ring having the annular channel therein. At least one of the cutting blades has a radial channel communicating with the annular channel. The channel in the cutting blade is fed from an inlet adjacent the hub thereof. An outlet opening is provided in the housing in which the cutter set is mounted and has a discharge opening communicating with the annular channel for effecting a discharge of the hard particles contained in the food and collected in the annular channel.

Abstract: A detergent composition for dry cleaning comprising from 10 to 30 percent by weight of an alkanolamine salt of a linear alkylbenzenesulfonic acid having 10 to 14 carbon atoms in the alkyl group, from 30 to 50 percent by weight of a dialkyl ester of sulfosuccinic acid having 8 to 9 carbon atoms in the alkyl group, from 2 to 20 percent by weight of an adduct of 1 to 7 moles of an alkylene oxide to a higher fatty acid alkanolamide, and the balance is essentially an organic solvent effective for dry cleaning.
