Abstract: A container closure is disclosed which includes a shell attachable to a container around a container opening thereof. The shell has a shell opening in fluid communication with the container opening when the shell is attached to the container. A tip is received on the shell movable between a closed position sealing the shell opening and an open position. A cover is releasably attached to the shell in a manner indicative of the tip being positioned in the closed position when the cover is attached to the shell. Both the shell and the cover may be provided with tamper-evident bands. The present invention is particularly well adapted to be formed as a push-pull container closure for sports bottles and the like.

Abstract: A manual winch with dual locking dogs is designed to be easily retrofitted into existing winches. The design of the winch includes a housing supporting a rotatable drum upon which the cable is reeved. A pair of gears are attached to the drum with locking dogs that may be independently engaged with each gear, wherein the drum is prevented from unwinding with at least one locking dog engaged with a respective gear.

Abstract: A chafing dish with utility handles connected to the chafing dish at such an angle as to permit a lid to be placed on top of the chafing dish and allow a safe, efficient, and balanced grip to be had to lift and exchange or serve food in a chafing dish assembly.
Abstract: A 100-125 ton capacity steel flat railcar hauls steel slabs with the capacity to alternatively haul steel coils. The car design allows steel slabs of various sizes and weights to be hauled efficiently by placing the slabs longitudinally on the car. The slabs are captive by side stanchions restricting the slabs from lateral movement and bulkheads at the ends preventing longitudinal movement of the slabs. The weight of the slabs is concentrated near the bolsters through raised mounting platforms. The railcar also has the capability to haul steel coils in a built-in trough over the bolster area. The end bulkheads restrict and position the steel coils allowing the coils in each trough to have a gap between them for ease of loading and unloading. The side stanchions restrict the steel coils from unwanted unloading due to coupler forces.
Abstract: A protective inguinal perineal element for male and female patients includes a cushion that, when necessary, can have a topical substance applied to it which can be released to the patient.
Abstract: A nightlight having an outlet housing, a plurality of outlet housing prongs positioned adjacent to the outlet housing, a socket positioned adjacent to the outlet housing, the socket electrically connected to the plurality of outlet housing prongs, a bulb shade positioned adjacent to the outlet housing, the bulb shade having a width of approximately one or more inches, and a support arm removably connected to the outlet housing.
Abstract: Gaming equipment for a variety of games has buildable structures formed of building blocks, movement measurement devices for measuring game piece movement and projectile range values, structural unit guides to aid in construction of the buildable structures, movable game pieces and universal sub-bases for toy miniatures.
Abstract: A one-piece integral rotomolded hydraulic reservoir includes a plastic container body defining a container cavity for receiving hydraulic fluid. An insertable baffle is positioned in the container cavity through an access manway formed in the container body and is removable therefrom. The container body includes holding members for positioning and holding the baffle in place.
Abstract: A rotomolded hydraulic reservoir includes a plastic container body defining a container cavity for receiving hydraulic fluid and forming a filter cavity in fluid communication with the container cavity. An integral baffle extends inwardly and is formed as part of an outer wall of the container body. The baffle controls the fluid flow pattern within the container cavity to provide deaeration and homogenization to the fluid.
Abstract: A rotomolded hydraulic reservoir includes a plastic container body defining a container cavity for receiving hydraulic fluid and forming a filter cavity in fluid communication with the container cavity. An insert, such as an aluminum bushing, is molded in the container body adjacent the filter cavity and a removable filter element positioned with the filter cavity and coupled to the insert.
Abstract: The railcar includes modified side top chord members which allow for increased hauling capacity. Additionally, the side top chord member is designed to improve the loading characteristics of this member. The end top chord members and corner cap member have been designed to minimize the fabrication and assembly process. The end top chord members have been designed to improve the stress distribution through this member. All of these characteristics combine to form an improved top chord structure for the railcar.
