Abstract: A protective cover for a satellite receiving dish feed horn or LNB mounted on a support is disclosed. The cover comprises a top, sides and a back, the top and sides each having front and back edges, a forwardly and downwardly directed projection extending from the front edge of the top, and means to fasten the cover to the support or feed horn, such that the cover protects the feed horn or LNB from precipitation while not impeding signal reception.
Abstract: A power closure panel control apparatus is independent of closure panel configuration and capable of a diverse range of remote and direct activation. Sophisticated safety features utilize an adaptive strategy to facilitate highly sensitive obstruction detection by learning the closure system's force requirement and applying a safety margin to it. The control system allows the closure panel to operate in a totally manual mode.

Abstract: An exhaust unit for filtering air from an exhaust hood above cooking equipment comprising modular components including an exhaust hood, filtering means and blower means operating as a single unit regardless of configuration.
Abstract: Common problems with composite panels of the foam core and metal facing type include water infiltration, failure to survive fire testing, and fragility. A relatively simple panel which affords a solution to the above mentioned problems includes a foam core with inner and outer metal facings thereon, a pair of spaced apart projections extending longitudinally of one side of the core defining male connectors, a pair of longitudinally extending, spaced apart grooves in the other side of the core defining female connectors for receiving the projections, the inner and outer facings terminating in the areas between the connectors so that there is core to core and metal to metal contact when panels are interconnected, a recess in an outer corner of the male connector side of the core, and a flange on the other side of the panel, whereby, when panels are interconnected side edge to side edge, the flange overlaps the recess leaving an expansion gap for fasteners, which are covered by the flange.
