Abstract: A clamping system for mounting accessory devices onto a rail type mount such as a Picatinny-rail is characterized in that the clamping system comprises at least one body which is passed through by a cross bolt or a cross screw and wherein the cross bolt or cross screw have a stop bar which engages in a cross slot when mounted to the rail of the rail type mount.

Abstract: A channel and agent state control system and method is used in a contact center having a plurality of multi-media contact channels and a plurality of agents for handling communications over the contact channels. The agents are allocated to one or more contact channel tasks corresponding to the contact channels. The system and method reallocates the agents between the contact channels based upon real-time contact channel state data and the agent states. The system and method can be configured by a user to determine when reallocation is needed within a contact channel and to determine how the agents are reallocated.

Abstract: A machine tool including a spindle oriented along a first direction with an adjustable chuck to receive a piece to be worked on. The machine tool further includes a transport device positioned essentially perpendicular to the first direction with deposit areas for the deposit of a number of the pieces to be worked on. The transport device is positioned such that each of the deposit areas may be moved into a transfer position in order to receive a piece to be worked on from the pertinent deposit area by the adjustable chuck or to release it from the adjustable chuck and to deposit it in the pertinent deposit area. An orientation device is provided that is configured to orient the piece to be worked on in a deposit area such that it may be received by the adjustable chuck in the transfer position.
Abstract: A device, method, and system disclosed herein may be used to integrate and control authentication and passwords among various applications and platforms. The exemplary method may obtain a service ticket from a key distribution center of the key distribution center authentication process and generate a random key. A port between the client and the service may be created and utilized to transmit the service ticket and the random key to a service from the client. The random key may replace a password provided by the user. The random key in the password field of the service logon is transmitted to the service. The service authenticates the random key in the password field with the stored random key in the cache of the service. Once authenticated the service ticket is validated.
Abstract: Disclosed is a clamping device for connecting a conductor without stripping the insulation. Said clamping device comprises a housing (14) and an actuating part (22 which is movably mounted therein and is provided with a duct (26) accommodating the conductor (50) that is to be clamped. A blade contact (18.1) is provided which encompasses a rear web (32) and two spring legs (36) that are placed at an angle therefrom.
