    Abstract: Described is a multi drug multiligand conjugate for targeted drug delivery. The MDML conjugate contains a plurality of tripartite molecules linked to a central scaffold moiety, with each tripartite molecule comprising a targeting molecule, a therapeutic agent and a scaffold binding element. The MDML conjugate allows for more efficient delivery of therapeutic agents to the cells resulting in enhanced therapeutic efficiency. A model MDL conjugate is disclosed as well as method for the synthesis of the model conjugate.

    Abstract: An apparatus for improving the dynamic response of a golf club by selectively weighting the grip end of the club. One embodiment comprises a cylindrical member having a lower base portion and an upper housing portion. The base is sized to be inserted into the grip end of a golf club shaft with the upper housing extending wholly or partially from the end of the shaft. The housing has a hollow, open chamber in which a weighted insert is inserted and removably secured. Another embodiment comprises upper and lower complimentary cylindrical wedges, each with a bore along its longitudinal axis, sized to be inserted into the grip end of a golf club shaft and secured by a screw extending through the longitudinal bores and threaded into a threaded insert located in a cavity in the lower wedge.

    Abstract: A device for coupling two shaft members of differing diameters. The device includes a barrel and a reaction mass. The barrel is hollow and includes an outside coupler formed by the exterior surface of an upper portion of the barrel, an inside coupler formed by the inside surface of the barrel, and a reaction mass interface formed by the exterior surface of a lower portion of the barrel. The outside coupler is sized to fit inside a hollow end of the first shaft member. The inside coupler is sized to receive the second shaft member. The reaction mass slides over the second shaft member and into position on the reaction mass interface of the barrel. The parts are secured together with an adhesive.

    Abstract: A torso support portion and a pair of thigh support portions are each formed of an outer layer of hard relatively stiff molded plastic material of limited flexibility and an inner layer of relatively soft cushioning material for distributing the weight of a patient over a large area. The torso support portion may comprise a rear panel adjustable secured between two body panels. Tightening straps serve to tighten the torso support portion about a patient with the parts of the torso support portion adjacent the front opposite free sides of the two body panels overlapping one another in operative position. A pair of tightening straps serve to tighten each of the thigh support portions about the thighs of a patient with the free sides of each thigh support portion spaced a substantial distance from one another in operative position. Four adjustable suspension straps are provided for suspending the torso support portion and provide a quick-release feature.

    Abstract: An adjustable masonry arch form is disclosed. The adjustable masonry arch form has a planar base section to support the masonry elements which will form the masonry arch, and a plurality of attachment elements secured to the planar base for securing the form to a structure. The adjustable masonry arch form is constructed from material rigid enough to support the masonry elements, but flexible enough to be bent to conform to any given arched construction without unwanted buckling of the form. The masonry elements which form the masonry arch are placed directly on the planar base of the form in the desired configuration and secured in the masonry arch by mortar. The form is left in position permanently, obviating the need to build a temporary arch support saving time and expense and obviating waste of materials.

    Abstract: A clip that holds the dispensing lever of a fluid dispensing pump in an open position, thereby controlling the flow of liquid from the pump without the necessity of the user manually applying pressure to the dispensing lever. One use of the clip is on the gasoline pumps at self service gasoline pumps. The clip is of a generally U-shape and comprises a shank, two upwardly turning legs at each end of the shank and a first and second arm pivotally attached to the first and second legs, respectively. The clip is capable of alternating between a folded state and an extended state. The clip is constructed so that the first and second arms pivot inwardly towards the shanks reducing the clip to the compact form when not in use.

The device of the present disclosure produces an anchor point that is at least as strong as the best methods currently available, yet is simpler and more economical to use than the methods currently available.
