  • Patent number: 8269507
Abstract: This invention describes a device for testing a surface mounted connector using a test probe assembly that utilizes a vacuum to force the test wires and the test probe's wire array into intimate contact with the connector to be tested. The wires are directed through a wire module assembly and have a wide spacing at one end, and a narrow spacing corresponding to the spacing required for the specific units to be tested at the opposite end. The wires are kept in contact with the unit under test by the use of spring loaded test connectors and vacuum.

  • Patent number: 7661954
Abstract: This invention describes an improved gas burner assembly that can be adapted to attach to a range top or cooktop, or the floor of the range and can draw air from either above the range top level by external vents or from below range top level through an open style mixing cup. The invention uses a plurality of different flame rings to provide the user a wide variety of temperature settings starting from a low intensity simmer to high intensity cooking heat. The gas burner also utilizes a cover plate of transparent or translucent, heat proof material that allows the user to observe the interior of the burner to see if any of the flame rings have been ignited. The cover plate also transfers heat from the internal flame rings to the cooking utensil which provides a more uniform transfer of heat to the utensil.

  • Patent number: 7281511
Abstract: This invention describes an improved intake tube for internal combustion vehicles by locally increasing and then decreasing the airflow over the Mass Airflow Sensor (MAS) preventing a lean condition, which over time is catastrophic to the life of the engine. The intake tube has a cross sectional area that decreases in proximity to the MAS, causing the increase in airflow velocity of the intake air.

  • Patent number: 7140694
Abstract: A Wheel Spoke Adjuster Guard that comprises a visually pleasing outer shape with an internal cavity, where the internal cavity has a lower portion shaped complimentary to the wheel adjuster nuts on the wheel spokes of either motorcycles, bicycles, or other motor conveyances using spoked wheels and an internally threaded portion adapted to threadably engage the spokes of the wheel. The upper portion of the internal cavity has a shape complimentary to the existing diameters of the spokes of the wheel assemblies. The adjuster guard is threaded onto the spoke and the internal cavity encases the spoke adjuster. The adjuster guard may have some Lock-TiteĀ© or sealant to prevent any loosening of the adjuster guard.

  • Patent number: 7131621
Abstract: This tree stand assembly uses adjustable features for mounting a Christmas tree, other plants, bushes or a flag or similar banner pole in a vertical alignment. A pot is nailed securely to the bottom of the tree trunk. The tree is inserted into a cover, which fits over a wide bowl. The cover has a central hole with sloping inward sides to accept and guide the tree with attached pot. The tree with pot is placed into the bowl, which captures the lower rim of a pot. This bowl acts as a water reservoir. It has a convex spherical bottom that mates with and contacts a lower base member, which has a slightly smaller radius concave upper surface. One slides the bowl on the base to make the tree stand vertically. The pot holds the tree and transfers side loads into the cover, which in turn transfers these forces to the bowl. The bowl resists these forces by contact with the spherical surface of the base, which in turn transmits these loads unto the floor surface.

  • Patent number: 7097152
Abstract: The current invention describes an automatically locking leg support system for portable water and fuel towers. The system automatically locks a wedge into a support leg to support a water tower, once the tower reaches the desired elevated position, and holds the support leg in the desired position. When the tank is to be lowered, the tower is emptied and a hydraulic system disengages the automatic locking device so that the tower can be lowered.

  • Patent number: 6940297
Abstract: A top plate release mechanism that comprises a sliding portion that forces locking tabs that are mounted in a mounting bracket to be dislocated to a releasing position, in order to allow a top plate to easily be removed from a probe plate assembly. The top plate release mechanism comprises biasing means to maintain the mechanism in a locked position until the sliding portion is moved. The top plate release mechanism may also comprise a locking feature that fixedly locks the release mechanism to prevent the locking tabs from prematurely returning to a locked position.

  • Patent number: 6808223
Abstract: This invention describes a novel two way hinge for motor vehicle doors that hinges open at a 20 degree angle, then rotates upward 45 degrees. The motor vehicle door is maintained in the open position by a shock absorber/piston arrangement that is common in the automotive industry. The invention described herein can be installed by an aftermarket shop and/or sold as an easily installed kit. The present invention overcomes the shortcomings of existing hinges by allowing greater access for ingress and egress from existing motor vehicle doors in tight parking situations.

  • Patent number: 6691735
Abstract: The current invention describes a pressure regulator for a gas burner that allows a consumer to make adjustments to the pressure regulator for differences in altitude as well as differences in the design and manufacturing tolerances of the pressure regulator from the manufacturer. Many traditional gas burners require a third party, with specialized equipment and training, to make corrective adjustments to the pressure to a gas burner after the burner is sold to the consumer. This pressure regulator incorporates a regulating curve into the pressure regulator, thus eliminating the need to remove the pressure regulator from the appliance and allowing the consumer himself to make the necessary adjustments to the burner without the assistance of a third party.
