Abstract: A refund coupon redeemable at a cash value at retail stores when a proof-of-purchase comprising a portion of a given product's packing packaging is affixed to the coupon. The coupon includes coupon indemnification indicia thereof corresponding to product identification indicia on the product and location indicia means indicating a location on the coupon for affixation of a portion of the product's packaging carrying the product identification code. The coupon identification indicia and the location indicia are positioned on the coupon proximate each other to facilitate a visual comparison of the coupon identification indicia and the product identification indicia affixed to the coupon.
Abstract: A support structure is disclosed for vertical filing systems to suspend binders horizontally by supporting one end of the binder on an end support fixedly located on the support structure while supporting the binder from another position on the binder remote from the first end by an elongate suspension means coupled at one end to the support structure and extending therefrom to the binder. The support structure provides for easier manual engagement of binders to the support structure and easier disengagement therefrom as compared to prior art support structures.
Abstract: A two piece binder is disclosed having substantially symmetrical clamping members hinged together along first edges thereof so as to be rotated to grasp sheet material between second edges thereof by the rotation of wing nuts mounted on one side of the two piece binder and operably coupled to the two clamping members. The two piece binder disclosed advantageously provides a symmetric two piece binder with a side mounted tensioning wing nut.
Abstract: An anti-tip blocking device is disclosed for preventing the opening of more than one file drawer in a file cabinet at the same time. The device includes a plurality of locking bars and cam elements vertically stacked in a vertical channel one upon the other alternately to slide vertically therein. The cam elements are engaged by pins carried by the file drawers whereby opening of any file drawer requires additional vertical space in the channel to be occupied. With the free vertical space in the channel limited to the space required for the opening of one drawer, once any one drawer is opened, no other drawer may be opened. The improvement disclosed involves providing each cam element with a cylindrical bearing surface to contact the vertical channel so that the cam element is vertically slidably in the channel while being rotatable about the axis of the cylindrical bearing surface.
