    Abstract: An apparatus and method for continuously conveying ore and the like. A penetrator, rotatably disposed about a common coaxial axis shared by the forward section of an endless conveyor, fluidizes a muck pile to continuously load material onto the conveyor. The conveyor, hinged approximately amidships, is mounted above a movable frame. Actuators for independently oscillating the penetrator is provided.
