  • Patent number: 6998512
Abstract: Fibrous material layer intended to be incorporated in an absorbent article. The layer (5) comprises at least two webs of tow fibers arranged on top of each other, which are bonded to each other into a laminate by means of a bonding pattern, and where one is corrugated and the other web is substantially smooth, wherein the corrugated web exhibits a more open structure in comparison to the smooth web. A method of manufacturing the layer (5) in question, in which method at least two separate webs (15a, b) of opened and into a layer spread-out tow are fed into a bonding station (20), which webs exhibit different web tensions and/or web speeds, and that the webs (15a, b) with maintained relative difference in web tension and/or web speed are bonded together in said bonding pattern (10) into a laminate.

  • Patent number: 5730408
Abstract: A mouse pad support is mounted on a keyboard support that has a keyboard support arm attachable to a fixed structure such as the underside of a desk top, and a tiltable keyboard support platform thereon. A mouse pad support arm is coupled to the keyboard support arm via a rotational swivel fitting with a vertical axis for moving the mouse pad arm and mouse pad support table to any position around the keyboard in a circular arc in a horizontal plane. The height of the swivel fitting is adjustably fixed over a range. The mouse pad arm is kept in a horizontal plane because its rotational coupling to the keyboard support arm is made at an angularly fixed part on the keyboard support arm, such as on a parallelogram linkage associated with setting the elevation of the keyboard platform. The keyboard platform tilts relative to the angularly fixed part, whereby mouse position is independent of keyboard platform tilt.

  • Patent number: 4944496
Abstract: An injection nozzle for installation in the wall of a vessel for introducing gas into a liquid in the vessel. The nozzle comprises a body pierced by a passage which is terminated at the discharge end of the nozzle by a gas-porous or foraminous passage-closing means. Means is provided gas-tightly affixed to the closing means to feed gas thereto. The gas-feeding means includes a duct structure which extends along the passage between the closing means and the inlet end of the body. The duct structure provides a substantially leak-tight gas-feed path from an external gas delivery means to the passage-closing means. The duct structure can be adjustable or extensible in length.
