Abstract: A method for relating multiple independent databases uses a graphical interface allowing market researchers to conveniently model different prototype forecast scenarios based on specific choices for ad campaign portfolio distributions among specific types of advertising vehicles, media vehicles or advertising media such as television or magazine print, for example. The method solves the classic regression-to-mean problem associated with the prior art fusion approach and requires less computer processing time and/or user expertise.

Abstract: According to some embodiments, determining a new value to be pushed onto a hardware stack having n entries is determined. Each entry in the stack may include a data portion and an associated counter. If the new value equals the data portion of the entry associated with a current top of stack pointer, the counter associated with that entry is incremented. If the new value does not equal the data portion associated with the current top of stack pointer, the new value is stored in the data portion of the next entry and the current top of stack pointer is advanced.

Abstract: According to some embodiments, a computer-implemented method to facilitate management of risk related to political exposure associated with a financial transaction may comprise receiving financial transaction data associated with the transaction, determining that the participant is a politically identified person, calculating a first category political risk score based on the financial transaction data, calculating a second category political risk score based on the financial transaction data, calculating an overall transaction political risk quotient associated with the financial transaction based on the first and second category politically risk scores, generating a suggested action for the financial transaction based on the overall transaction political risk quotient, and delivering the matching name and a suggested action to a user interface in a format based on a user preference and a user device configuration.

Abstract: A method includes storing a current field of a digital video signal. The method further includes storing a preceding field that immediately precedes the current field in the digital video signal, and storing a succeeding field that immediately succeeds the current field in the digital video signal. The method also includes examining the preceding and succeeding fields for motion at a locus of a current pixel to be interpolated. In addition, if any motion at the locus is less than a threshold, the preceding and succeeding fields are examined for motion at a respective locus of at least one pixel that is adjacent to the current pixel to be interpolated.
