The buttresses face in different directions, relative to the longitudinal axis of the end cap, to conveniently accommodate pipes running in different angular directions. Pipes, which pass through openings in the surfaces of the buttresses, are supported by molded in step-saddles of the buttresses. Patent number: 6994355Abstract: A molded plastic seal assembly, for use with a leaching or stormwater system component, comprises at least two embossed, preferentially eccentric, circles. Pulling on a tab tears out the interior portion of the seal, to create a hole which accommodates a first pipe diameter. A remaining crescent portion surrounding the hole has a multiplicity of perforations or other means for thinning. Thus, second larger diameter pipe pushed into said hole, deforms the crescent inwardly, so the hole diameter is increased, sufficient to fit and form a seal with the second pipe outside diameter. A seal assembly article made of polypropylene has a very thin wall at the bottom of the tear-out groove. Surface stormwater flows first through a diverter, then into a solids retention subsystem (SRS), and then into the array of chambers, which is spaced apart in the stone from the SRS. The SRS chambers are layered with geotextile or other filtering media. Solids entrained in the stormwater are retained in the SRS by a combination of settling and filtering actions. Patent number: 6893531Abstract: A splicer quickly and accurately joins together with tape the ends of plain sheets or perforated sheets, such as the ends of fanfold sheet commonly used for printing. The sheets are clamped between mating pairs of resilient strips by a top which hinges down onto a base. The base has a combination of frictional clamps and retractable pins, for aligning the ends of sheet before they are clamped in place by the top, according to whether the sheets are perforated or not. A head is then moved rearwardly along the top, to first slit overlapping sheets and create a precise butt line, when that is required. An anti-friction surface on one of the resilient clamping strips attached to the top enables selective removal a one trim piece, to expose the butt line for taping, without release of the clamping action on the sheets. The singulators form tandem, spaced apart singulator nips with a transport belt. Each singulator belt has a downwardly sloped underside and moves incrementally around its rollers over time, overcoming certain applied resistive forces. The singulator belt has intermittent contact with the transport belt, when articles are being processed, and there is a resultant scuffing of belts which helps remove debris. Preferably, on off the forces which resists singulator belt motion is created by having a singulator pair with upper rollers, which are rotationally coupled but which have different diameters. The capacity for waste water treatment is thus increased or restored. Heating is achieved by alternative means, including by flowing hot air through the leach field conduit and into the influence zone, and by delivering heat directly to the influence zone by means of heat elements embedded in or near the influence zone. The temperature in the influence zone is raised by 1-5° F. or more, preferably to the range 50-100° F. A dedicated, non-dedicated or geothermal heat source may be used.
