Abstract: The present invention provides for a platform to be used with a ladder that includes a frame having a top portion, a middle portion and a lower portion. The top portion of the frame includes a hook-like feature that engages the front and upper surfaces of an upper rung and the lower portion includes a stop that engages the front surface of a lower rung to provide for a middle rung to be located between the upper run and the lower rung. This will provide for the frame to extend the length of three rungs. A support or platform is located on the lower portion of the frame and receives the feet of a user.

Abstract: The present invention provides for a fresh water flushing device for a marine engine system in a boat for use whether the boat is in or out of the water. The system comprises a valve enables water to be dispensed to the various locations and various components of a marine engine system to provide for fresh water fluid flow within the engine.

Abstract: An apparatus which is designed to improve the art of dallying. The apparatus is designed and configured to simulate the front end of a conventional saddle. This dallying apparatus comprises a front end connected to a back end via a middle portion. The front end includes the horn which extends upwards from the horn shoulder support, while the back end is secured to the removably secured to the user. This will provide for the horn to be situated in front of the user at the appropriate distance due to the middle portion. Accordingly, once attached, the user can practice and perfect the art of dallying.

Abstract: The present invention is a portable storage compartment which is adapted to be removably secured to the under surface of an existing upper cabinet. The storage compartment of the present invention includes an upper frame and a tracking system which is secured to a collapsible and foldable screen. The tracking system is secured to the screen and is also received within the frame. This will enable the screen to be slideably located on the frame. The screen is multi-paneled and comprises a plurality of rigid panels and flexible panels, alternatively disposed. This alteration of rigid and flexible panels provide a device which is designed and configured to be customized by the user by enabling the user to adjust the width of the screen by either cutting the off a flexible panel or by slidably removing a panel.

Abstract: The present invention provides a satellite broadcast receiving and distribution system that will permit for the transmission of vertical and horizontal or left-hand circular and right-hand circular polarization signals simultaneously via a single coaxial cable. The system of the present invention will accommodate two different polarity commands from two or more different sources at the same time. This satellite broadcast receiving and distribution system of the present invention will provide for the signals received from the satellite to be converted to standard frequencies so as to permit for signals to travel via existing wiring which the present day amplifiers can transport in buildings, high-rises, hospitals, and the like so that satellite broadcasting can be viewed by numerous individuals by way of a single satellite antenna.

Abstract: The present invention provides a surgical clamp which enables a surgical team to use a clamp and plate simultaneously. The surgical clamp of the present invention includes a scissors-like structure having a pair of shafts which are hingedly and pivotally secured to each other via a pivot point. Located at one end of each shaft is a handle for enabling the user to grasp and manipulate the device, while located at the second end of each shaft is a bone engaging member. The pivotal point is located in proximity to the handles so as to provide for an adequate amount of clearance to exist between the bone engaging means and the surgical team. For providing the adequate amount of clearance, the shafts extending between the pivotal point and the bone engaging member includes an arc shape. This unique shape widens the gap or space between the two shafts. The clamp device further includes a locking member for locking this device in a fixed and secured position.

Abstract: The present invention is a water level detector or flood alarm device which will activate a warning once water has reached a pre-determined and potentially damaging or dangerous level. The present invention comprises a housing which maintains a conventional mercury activated float switch, an alarm coupled to the switch, a mounting device, and an attaching mechanism. The mounting device maintains the housing and includes a pivotal mechanism for enabling the housing to pivot and rotate. This pivoting and rotation will allow the housing to be angularly positioned, with respect to the ground, so that the float switch will be positioned horizontally and parallel with respect to the water. The attaching mechanism enables the device to be removably secured to any surface and to be maintained in a secured and installed position.

Abstract: A display assembly is provided which will display a brightly lit message or design. The display assembly is particularly appropriate to show support for athletic teams. The display assembly is comprised of a frame which supports a message unit. The message unit is internally coated with a highly reflective material and includes a light source, a translucent colored lens imprinted with an image or design, and a clear lens cover to protect display assembly from moisture and road dirt. Both the clear protective lens cover and the colored transparent lens may be easily removed to allow the light source to be changed and the colored translucent lens to be exchanged.

Abstract: The present invention provides a poultry house cleaner apparatus that is adapted to easily, quickly and efficiently clean, scrape and remove the manure of the chicken from the side walls of the chicken houses. This poultry house cleaner apparatus is adapted to be removably secured to a conventional tractor and comprises an angled blade having a sliding plate attached thereto. The sliding plate includes a somewhat L-shaped configuration for enabling one portion to be slideably mounted to the blade while a second portion extends outwardly and perpendicularly from the blade. This will provide for the sliding plate to scrape debris from any perpendicular surface. A transportation system is provided for enabling the debris to be transported from the sliding plate to an opposite side of the blade for relocating the debris to a more accessible location. Once relocated, this debris will be removed via any conventional removal methods, such as a conventional cleaning apparatus.

Abstract: The present invention is a door frame guard device which is removably secured to a conventional door frame or door jamb. The door frame guard device of the present invention comprises at least one component having a U-shape. This design will provide for the component to include three walls. For enabling the device to be attached to the side of the door jamb having hinges, at least one wall of the component is provide with a plurality of openings. These openings will receive the hinges and will render a device which is removably secured onto a door frame. Additional components can be utilized for additional coverage.

Abstract: The present invention provides a device that is a combined night-light and table. The night-light table includes legs, a base, a top, and at least one light source located within the top. The top also includes a portion that is fabricated from a transluscent material for enabling the light from the light source to glow from the transluscent material. The top is secured to the base by way of a hinge so the top may be closed or opened. The night-light table lessens the danger of traveling near the table whenever dark and reduces the insecurity someone near the table might feel if otherwise placed in total darkness. The table provides support like conventional tables and may include lockable storage compartments. The night-light table may combine with a chair or stool for the comfort and convenience of users.

Abstract: The present invention provides for a portable fishing rod holding device which is adapted to be removably secured to any smooth, non-porous surface. The fishing rod holding device of the present invention comprises a pair of horizontal supporting members, spaced in a parallel relationship. A plurality of vertically spaced and hollow tubular fishing rod holders are secured to the front surface of the supporting members. Secured to the back surface of the supporting members are a plurality of suction cups for enabling the device to be portable as well as attachable to and removable from any surface.

Abstract: The present invention provides for a roof ridge ventilator cover that is adapted to be removably secured to a conventional roof ridge ventilator. The roof ridge ventilator cover of the present invention, when installed on a conventional roof ridge ventilator, will cover and block the air vents of the ventilator. The roof ridge ventilator cover generally includes two panels serving to cover and block the two panels of air louvers or vents of the roof ridge ventilator. The roof ridge ventilator cover may be made from sheet aluminum or other sheet material, including sheet made of plastic, having sufficient resilience to return unaided to a formed shape after some deflection. The roof ridge ventilator cover is installed by deflecting the cover sufficiently so the cover may be placed over the top portion of the roof ridge ventilator.

Abstract: The present invention provides for a pneumatically operated retractable lighting assembly that is adapted for insertion into the ground, existing ceilings, or the like. The pneumatically operated retractable lighting assembly includes a first housing that receives a second housing. The second housing is in a slidable relationship to the first housing. The second housing further supports the light fixture. When the device is activated, air is supplied to the first housing in order to lift and activate the second housing and current is supplied to the light fixture. During deactivation, the air escapes the first housing to permit the second housing to retract into the first housing while current is no longer supplied to the light fixture.

Abstract: A portable bathing apparatus that wheels to the patient's bed and then elevates to be even with the bed. It is equipped with a disposable tub unit, which may be sterilized for reuse and which raises and lowers. The apparatus is also provided with safety rails, an elevating back rest, a hand held shower unit, and a self-contained holding tank for used bath water. In addition, the portable bathing apparatus may be attached to a water source at the site of use, via a hose with an adapter the can be removably secured onto a standard faucet. The portable bathtub apparatus provides a satisfactory method of cleansing patients.

Abstract: The present invention provides for a multi-purpose work station assembly that will aid and assist an individual who is working on a particular project and/or with a power tool. The multi-purpose work station assembly of the present invention consists of a base, a body, and a clamping assembly. The base can be adjusted in length and width and also includes a plurality of wheels to provide for the assembly to be mobile. The body attaches the clamping assembly to the base and is adapted to be adjusted in height. The clamping assembly is secured to the body and includes at least one clamping device. This clamping device receives and secures the item to be worked on within the work station assembly.

Abstract: A device is disclosed which allows water-lift mufflers, silencers or suppressors to be fully flushed, while in or out of the water, without running the engines. The device can be mounted between a remote access panel or control panel and a conventional fresh water flush valve. Fresh water flow provides fluid power to a primary section impeller or turbine, where power is then mechanically transmitted to an evacuation or secondary section impeller or turbine through a shaft on which both impellers mount. The inlet section of the secondary section impeller connects by hose to the drain plug universally present on marine engine mufflers, silencers and suppressors. The outlet section of the secondary section impeller connects by hose to an overboard drain. Fresh water, having sufficient flow and pressure, applied to the device drives the primary section impeller, causing the impeller to rotate.

Abstract: The wildlife observation and hunting platform, of the present invention, is a climbing tree stand for hunting and wildlife observation. The wildlife observation and hunting platform includes an upper frame and a lower frame. Secured to each frame is a platform. Each frame also includes an engaging bar that is adapted to aid in the securement of the hunting platform to the tree. A securing device is also provided to add to the security for attaching the tree stand to the tree. Each platform includes a foot insert to enable the user's feet to be fastened to the device. This will render the device to be propelled up the tree by the user's feet, using a stepping motion. Upon reaching the desired height the frame is leveled and locked by utilizing the engaging bars and the securing device.

Abstract: The present invention provides for a two tier gate device that is adapted to be removably secured to an existing mail sorting machine. The two tier gate device of the present invention includes a first gate and a second gate. The first gate is secured to the conventional mail sorting machine while the second tier is attached to the first tier so that the front end of the second gate is co-planar with the first tier while the second end of the second tier is off-set with the first tier. By providing for this design and configuration, the two tier gate device of the present invention will prevent flats, large letters, magazines, catalogs, or other various documents from turning sideways, rolling up, and to eventually jam the machine, while still enabling the pusher finer on the conventional machine to pass the gate device without interference.
