Abstract: A seat cushion assembly is provided that is specifically designed to alleviate the problems, such as discomfort, pressure sores, pressure ulcers, and hemorrhoids, that are associated with long term sedentary positions (i.e. patients in wheelchairs). The seat cushion assembly of the present invention includes a base having a pair of openings. Cushion inserts are located in the openings. The seat cushion assembly, when in use, provides an individual with an equal amount of pressure distribution in the gluteal region.

Abstract: This invention provides for an apparatus that will shell and separate the shells from the meat of a cracked nut or legume. The apparatus of the present invention is also provided with an adjustable slide plate that will render the apparatus with the capacity of dehulling any variety nut or legume.

Abstract: This invention provides for a tool to remove spindle, wheel, or other type bearings located in conventional spindles for various four wheel drive vehicles. The tool consists of an elongated threaded rod, washers, a body member, nuts, and an extractor having a unique configuration.The tool is inserted into the bore of the spindle at an angle to allow for the extractor to pass through the bearing and be located under the bearing. A conventional hand ratchet, air ratchet, or hand wrench is then used to rotate the nut clockwise in order to remove the bearing from the spindle.

Abstract: The present invention provides for a valve assembly to include a cap which is removably secured to a spout of a water bottle. The cap further includes an aperture for receiving a hollow shank having an opened top and an opened bottom. A shaft is received in the opened bottom of the shank for permitting the shaft to slide freely and vertically within the shank. The shaft further includes at least one hole encompassing the side wall of the top area and a stop extending outwardly from an enclosed top. This stop contacts the opened top of the shank to maintain for the assembly to be in a closed position, accordingly, providing the hole to be covered by the shank. Located at the bottom of the shank is a first flange and located at the bottom of the shaft is a second flange. A locking ring is releasably attached to the shaft for maintaining the valve assembly to be in a closed position. In order to activate the valve assembly, the cap is attached to the spout of a bottle.

The apparatus contains a top end and a bottom end wherein the top end represents a manic region and the bottom end represents a depression region. Between these two regions are the mild depression region, the normal region, and the hypomania region proceeding in order from bottom to top. Various elements that represent psychological states are provided so that the user can place the elements that represent that person's current state onto the appropriate region.

Abstract: A fresh water flushing system for a marine engine system in a boat for use whether the boat is in or out of the water is disclosed. The system comprises a control panel mounted in the proximity of the marine engine and a fresh water flush valve, Hoses are connected to the fresh water flush valve and to various components of the marine engine system to provide for fresh water fluid flow within the engine. Alternates embodiments are included for marines vessels with more than one engine.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a vehicle anti-theft system which, when activated, will block the vehicle's hydraulic brakes into the locked position preventing the vehicle from being driven or towed. Once activated, the system is immune to power failure. The system can use one of several control means to activate the system including keypad, scanners, key system, or wireless remote.

Abstract: A training aid to help athletes throw a ball with more power and accuracy. A wrist strap and bicep strap are provided. The two straps are linked to one another and when so link restrict the movement of the user's elbow. When the elbow is so restricted, the user is forced to use the wrist when throwing a ball.
