Abstract: A magnetic wellbore cleaning tool having a plurality of magnetic ridges spaced longitudinally between top and bottom centralizers. In operation, the magnetic ridges modify the velocity of passing fluid circulating in the wellbore such that the fluid remains in close proximity to the tool's magnetic field thereby allowing for collection of ferromagnetic debris suspended in cleaning fluid circulating in a wellbore.
Abstract: An autonomous magnetic sleeve for a riser is provided. The sleeve is constructed and arranged to be independently lowered and seated above a subsea tree section. The autonomous magnetic sleeve includes a cylindrical structure having an inner diameter larger than a diameter of the wellbore and is seated on a riser seat when deployed. The cylindrical structure has affixed thereto a plurality of magnetic assemblies space circumferentially around an interior surface of the cylindrical structure.
Abstract: An automated unified pricing method and system that allow companies to precisely calculate the price of a combination of products and/or services when those products or services are offered together in a bundle for a unified price are described. This methodology applies to the situation where there is some observable or predicted market value to the bundle elements sold individually, or to bundles which are a subset of a larger bundle being contemplated. The method and system determine linked usage correlation values to determine a core product of a pool of candidate products. The selection of the core product is maximized or optimized by eliminating substitutes from the pool and recalculating the linked usage correlation values. The unified price is calculated by multiplying the price (retail price) of each individual candidate product by the correlation coefficient related to the joint relationship of the core product and the respective candidate product to create adjusted prices for the candidate products.

Abstract: A training wheel assembly for standard bicycles comprises training wheels connected by resilient legs to a dynamic compression fitting. The wheels project generally rearwardly and outwardly apart from the bicycle rear. Adjustable mounting brackets enable wheel height to be varied. The dynamic compression fitting comprises an adjustable flange section mounted to the bicycle frame within the standard trapezoidal void to the rear of the crank sleeve. A pair of yoke segments can be slidably adjusted to accommodate varying dimensions. An intermediate flexing section resiliently coupled beneath the flange section receives ends of the legs and establishes an up and down pivot. A damper section connected beneath the intermediate section comprises a rigid, tubular sleeve that slidably receives a tubular cap. A resilient grommet coaxially confined between the sleeve and the cap is compressed by an elongated through bolt coaxially penetrating the compression fitting. The bolt establishes a radial pivot.
Abstract: A multiconfigurable device masking shunt for a network device, preferably, on a secure network having a first mode and a second mode. In the first mode, the shunt cloaks the network device by rendering the network device invisible to upstream and downstream relay devices. During cloaking, the network device's media access control address is substituted with the upstream or downstream relay devices media access control address. In a second mode, the shunt passes inbound and outbound traffic through one of two alternate paths to the secure network from an unsecure network and can monitor such traffic.
Abstract: A method and apparatus of preventing sunburn includes a forearm guard, which includes a first panel having a front edge, a rear edge, a first lateral edge and a second lateral edge. A coupler is attached to the first panel for selectively coupling an inner surface of the first panel to an outer surface of the first panel. The forearm guard is extended around a forearm and coupled thereto with the coupler. An upper armguard includes a second panel having an upper edge, a lower edge, a first side edge and a second side edge. A biasing member is attached to the second panel for biasing the first and second side edges toward each other. An arm may be extended between the biasing member and the second panel so that the upper armguard is positioned on a front portion of an upper arm.
Abstract: A high performance, multiple rotor, hydraulically driven riding trowel for finishing concrete includes a rigid trowel frame with two or more downwardly-projecting, bladed rotor assemblies that frictionally engage the concrete surface. The rotor assemblies are tilted with double acting hydraulic cylinders to effectuate steering and control. Double acting hydraulic cylinders also control blade pitch. Hydraulic pressure to the rotors is monitored and controlled by an unloader valve system that monitors drive pump pressure with a shuttle valve to derive an unloader pilot signal. A sequence valve responds to the unloader pilot signal to control a pressure valve that bypasses the normal foot control valve in an overpressure situation. The pressure control head signal normally applied to the hydraulic drive motor control heads is modified with a feedback signal to automatically control the associated pump swash plates.

Abstract: An automated ignition assembly for a gas-fueled appliance includes a pressure plate positioned between an upper bellows and a lower bellows, each of which is in selective communication with a fuel gas source. If fuel gas is directed to the lower bellows, gas within the upper bellows is diverted to an ignition site; as the lower bellows inflates, it lifts the pressure plate and an associated linkage assembly to engage a piezo igniter, which creates a spark at the ignition site. The lower bellows is then deflated and the upper bellows is inflated to again engage the piezo igniter. Once a flame has been generated, or if a flame has not been generated within a predetermined time period, an automated valve disables fuel gas flow to the bellows.

Abstract: Screen separators and a screen tensioning system for separators that facilitates rapid measurement of screen tension. Each separator subframe screen is suspended between opposed subframe walls. Suitable linkages distribute vibration during the aggregate sifting process. Screen edge flanges are secured by tensioners that control a screen suspension bracket. A carriage bolt fitted through bracket orifices and the walls coaxially receive a resilient grommet captivated by an adjustable sleeve nut. As the nut is tightened, screen tension increases and the grommet diameter increases. A portable gauge with an internal U-shaped measurement sleeve is fitted over the deformed grommet to measure screen tension. A plurality of gauge calibration points bordering the deformed grommet determine applied screen tension.
