  • Patent number: 7830427
Abstract: A solid-state image pickup element is disclosed which includes: a semiconductor substrate at which a plurality of element rows, in which a plurality of light-receiving elements are aligned along a vertical direction, are disposed in parallel along a horizontal direction; a plurality of color filters disposed in a predetermined color pattern at a light incident side of the semiconductor substrate; and a plurality of transfer paths transferring charge accumulated in the respective light-receiving elements of corresponding element rows. The sequence of lining-up in the horizontal direction of the element rows and the vertical transfer paths corresponding to the element rows at divisional regions, which are divided at a border line that runs along the vertical direction and includes a position corresponding to an optical axis of light incident from an optical unit on the semiconductor substrate, are opposite to one another. Also disclosed is an image pickup device using the solid-state image pickup element.

  • Patent number: 7804071
Abstract: An image detection device includes a sensor panel and a light. The sensor panel includes a semiconductor layer, which is formed on a substrate formed of a member having a light transmitting property and generates charges in response to X-rays radiated thereto, two pairs of electrodes each pair disposed in confrontation with each other, and a plurality of accumulating portions formed between the semiconductor layer and the substrate to accumulate the charges generated to the semiconductor layer as the information of the pixels constituting an image. The light radiates light to the surface of the sensor panel on the substrate side thereof. The respective electrodes of the accumulating portions are formed so that light having at least a predetermined intensity is radiated from the light to the regions of the semiconductor layer where the accumulating portions are formed.

  • Patent number: 7786446
Abstract: An extended electrode is electrically connected to a conductor in a portion outside of an inner wall of a protection member disposed on a photoconductive layer side, the pressure applied to the photoconductive layer is reduced and the deterioration of the photoconductive layer may be suppressed. Further, since the extended electrode is electrically connected to a high-voltage wire in a portion outside of the inner wall of the protection member, the extended electrode may be connected to the high-voltage wire in the state that the photoconductive layer is surrounded by the protection member. As a result, deterioration of the photoconductive layer may be suppressed even while a connection work is performed.

  • Patent number: 7710464
Abstract: An image photographing and recording device and method. In the device and method, a scene is repeatedly photographed at a predetermined frame rate as a static image of a predetermined resolution. Static image data outputted by photographing is successively recorded on a recording medium, the static image data being in non-compressed or compressed by a compression method which does not utilize correlation between frames. A static image or a dynamic image as an object of output is designated. When a static image is designated, static image data corresponding to the static image is read-out from the recording medium. When a dynamic image is designated, a static image data group corresponding to the dynamic image is read-out, and image processing for a dynamic image is carried out thereon, and data obtained by the image processing for a dynamic image is outputted as dynamic image data.
