Abstract: The presented system is a full-mechanical system composed of 60 metal parts all of which parts are made of steel and iron metals. This system is placed in the deck of vehicles and over the car mat and connected to clutch and gas pedals such that it connects gas and clutch pedals through levers. This system is fixed in its place through two levers called “fulcrum shafts” such that head of these two levers are placed in a due place avoiding any slide helping to install the system tightly in its due place.

Abstract: The various embodiments herein provide a herbal medicine for treatment of infertility in women. The medicine includes a tea-spoon of corncockle powder and a tea-spoon of turmeric powder dissolved in a sheep oil. The embodiments herein also provide a method of preparing a medicine for treatment of infertility. According to the method, a corncockle powder and a turmeric powder are prepared and mixed with an animal oil to form a liquid mixture. The mixture is kept for 24 hrs at room temperature. Moreover, the embodiments herein also provide a method of treating infertility in a patient by injecting a dose of 2 cc to 10 cc of the prepared medicine in the vagina of the patient for 3 consecutive days immediately after a completion of a menstrual cycle using a disposable or reusable syringe without a needle.

Abstract: A Mini External Fixate device is disclosed in closed operations in order to fix fractures of elbow bone especially olecranon and cure its problems including mal-unions and non-unions, correcting elbow deformities, lengthening the bone length up to 5 cm. The device comprises three curved plates which are connected by a threaded rod. The device may further comprise two half pin consuls which go through each curved plate in one direction. The half pin consuls may extend as far as they are connected to the fracture, while they don't reach the other side of the bone. Half pins may be used instead of full pins in this device. The half pin consuls may be attached to the curved plate by means of a wire fixation bolt. A hinge may be attached to the extreme of the threaded rod.

The method comprises of growing a plurality of fingerling sturgeon; obtaining a plurality of juvenile sturgeon; identifying at least one male juvenile sturgeon and at least one female juvenile sturgeon; Feeding a predetermined amount of a preselected food material to the male and female sturgeon; Determining maturity based on at least controlling sex hormones and stress hormones of the male and female sturgeon; identifying at least one male matured sturgeon and at least one female matured sturgeon; and Selecting male matured sturgeon and female matured sturgeon, wherein said female matured sturgeon carries a predetermined amount of ovule and wherein said predetermined amount of ovule is processed to obtain a predetermined amount of caviar.

Abstract: The present invention is a bioactive endodontic material and its use for filling the tooth and bone cavities. The present invention, by using calcium salt, calcium oxide, calcium silicate, and calcium phosphate compounds as essential constituents, and mixing them with a water base solution, prepares a bioactive calcium and phosphate enriched material. The enriched material (cement) comprises high concentration of water-soluble calcium and phosphate, and immediately forms hydroxyapatite during and after setting. The cement is biocompatible, antibacterial, capable to form an effective seal against reentrance of microorganisms into the filled cavity, compatible to handle and set in an aqueous environment, and able to stimulate hard tissue healing.

Abstract: A multiple cuff system is disclosed which has more than one cuff some of which may be perforated or permeable in any degree or made of porous materials to let in situ delivery of different drugs, and especially local anesthetics to the target tissues that are the tissues in touch or within the vicinity of the inflated cuff. The local anesthetics suitable to be delivered via the cuff are also introduced. The preferred method for application of the multiple cuffed ETT during surgical operations, can overcome the emergence reactions commonly encountered during lighter levels of anesthesia.

Abstract: The present invention relates to composition useful in growing hair. The compositions are particularly suited for re-growing hair in subjects who have experienced hair loss due to any cause. The compositions comprise essentially the lipoidic fraction of mammalian bone marrow. Methods of using the compositions and processes of preparing the lipoidic fraction for the compositions are also disclosed.
