The moveable portion includes a plurality of metal layers and at least a supporting layer. The supporting layer is connected between the adjacent metal layers, and a hollow region is formed between the supporting layer and the adjacent metal layers.

The liquid crystal layer includes polymer stabilized positive blue phase liquid crystal. The first vertical electrode is at an inner side of the first substrate, and faces the second substrate. The second vertical electrode is at an inner side surface of the second substrate and faces the first vertical electrode. The second vertical electrode and the first vertical electrode have different electrical potentials thus form a vertical electric field perpendicular to the first substrate and the second substrate. The first pixel electrode is at the inner side of the first substrate and faces the second substrate.

    Abstract: A wind power conversion apparatus driven by a fly wheel includes a wind channel, a fly wheel and a rotating shaft. The wind channel is configurated into a long hollow tapered tubular shape with both ends open. One end, which being larger is cross section, serves as a wind inlet, while to other smaller one serves as a wind outlet so as to conduct the wind flow into the apparatus via the wind channel. A fly wheel with several wind vanes is installed in the wind channel proximate to the wind outlet so as to convert the wind force into an adjustable rotating torque of the fly wheel. The fly wheel is able to keep rotating about the rotating shaft by its inertia for a certain duration of time even after the wind ceases to blow. With this apparatus, the kinetic energy of the wind blow is converted into an adjustable and storable mechanical energy to utilize.

The second sector is provided for storing another embedded operating system. The processing unit is coupled to the random-access memory and the non-volatile storage unit and is capable of executing the boot loader in order to copy one of the embedded operating systems from either the first sector or the second sector of the non-volatile storage unit into the random-access memory according to the current value of the initialization variable and then executing the loaded embedded operating system.

Next, whether the difference amount is larger than a predetermined value is determined. Next, corresponding part of the second frame is displayed on part of the pixels corresponding to the difference amount at the second time if the difference amount is not larger than the predetermined value.

At least one part of the air flow flows through the outlet along a flowing direction. An included angle defined between the flowing direction and a transmitting direction of an illumination light beam formed by the reflector is an acute angle.

The present bra pad employs the silicone gel material layer to enhance the softness and comfort. With the first and second space between the thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film, the silicone gel layer, and the cloth layer, the bra pad has effective breathing capability and heat-dissipating capability.

Therefore, the foldable bicycle of the present invention may be folded up into a smallest volume and then may be stored away easily through its positioning unit, hinge and positioning rod. Also, its two small wheels fitted to the rear rack enable the bicycle in a folded condition to be moved around easily.
