Abstract: A dispenser fixture for dispersing aromatic vapors into a facility includes an elongated dispenser chamber bounded by end walls, one containing a motor driven fan and the other wall containing fixtures for supplying and controlling electrical current for powering the fan motor. The chamber, containing trays supporting a replaceable supply of aromatic material, presents the aromatic material to an air flow passing into apertures positioned near or in the other wall such that a carrier arm supporting the fixture orientates the fan motor to discharge air enriched with aromatic vapors in a horizontal direction into the facility. The fixture includes upstanding side walls joining the end walls, a floor wall joining the side walls and the end walls, and a top wall overlying the side and end walls for enclosing the aromatic materials in the chamber. The dispenser fixture may be made of a hard plastic or metal.
Abstract: Heat transfer to refrigerate or heat uses a thermoelectric semiconductor structure including a P-type composite of dices of semiconductor material alloyed with P-type material forming spaced collector regions at junctions with a P-type conductive material for flux of electrical current and a N-type composite of dices of semiconductor material alloyed with N-type material forming spaced collector regions at junctions with a N-type conductive material for flux of electrical current. The thickness of each the dices is sufficient to form a PN junction. Electrically conductive buss bars form an electrical circuit between the dices of N-type conductivity and the dices of P-type conductivity. An electrically conductive buss bar forms an electrical circuit connection between the dices of N-type conductivity and the dices of P-type conductivity. An electrical potential is applied by terminals between the P-type composite and the N-type composite to induce a flux of heat concurrent with the flux of electrical current.

Abstract: A portable main drain utilizing top and bottom walls with an attached flexible conduit for the removal of debris from bodies of water, ponds or spas, which operates with suction at the cleaner suction port and/or the skimmer from the circulation pump. The bottom wall has four cork feet to support the portable main drain. A flow regulator is positioned where the flexible conduit connects to the suction port. The top wall contains an internal annular wall projecting downwardly to form a flow-regulating gap with the bottom wall to thereby divide the water flow at about 30% from the ports in the bottom wall into a manifold that is supplied with the remaining portion of water by the ports in the top wall.
Abstract: An aromatic odor neutralizer includes a vaporization chamber containing a wick with an end part immersed in fluid in a storage cup that is gravity fed from an airtight vessel by the use of air pathways exposed when the liquid level in the cup is reduced. The vaporization chamber is located in a dispenser housing with an internal passage between end walls and communicating with vents in the sides for aerodynamic airflow to efficiently absorb vapors from a vaporizer chamber.

Abstract: A light emitting assembly to form a handgrip, a foot peg or a footrest in a cycle contains an elongated sleeve concentrically supported on a light conductive base illuminated by light emitting diode on a circuit board or embedded in the base. An end cap is used to mount the circuit board to an outboard end of the base which is cylindrical and supports a sleeve. The sleeve has light emitting openings and the end cap has a light diffusing lens containing decorative openings illuminated by the diodes. The inboard end of the sleeve contains a light emitting radial wall forming part of the decorative display.

Abstract: A compression generator uses a plurality of jackbolts threadedly engaged at a spaced apart relation about a bolt circle in a main core element. The main core element is releasable interlocked by threads, bayonet connection or other form of fasting system with the mounting element forming a fixed part of the mechanical connection. The jackbolts torqued to generate a pushing force in an axial direction for compressing a moveable part of the mechanical connection against a compression seat for forming a mechanical connection between juxtaposition fixed and moveable parts.

Abstract: A truncated bat training device provides for training of the muscles and muscular strengthening of certain parts of the trainee's body. The bat has a 45 degree angle portion with a rotatable D-ring for attaching the bat to a fixed point. The angle portion projects to the backside of the upper body of the trainee and is turned toward the fixed point when the trainee swings the bat in a backward motion of a swing cycle in a resistance training mode. The angle portion provides a transition zone in which the D-ring rotates as the bat crosses perpendicular to the upper body allowing the trainee's wrist to accelerate with a ball at a simulated impact point where the trainee normally makes contact with the ball upon completion of the swing cycle. A ridge line teaches proper hand alignment, and several training techniques can be used with the training device.

Abstract: A fastener includes a threaded circular ring half divided along a plane intersecting a central longitudinal axis. One of the end walls is formed with a truncated conical load-bearing surface that is seated on a truncated conical thrust surface formed on a circular ring of a stress generator. The load bearing and thrust generating surfaces are arranged to present a conjugate pair of truncated conical surfaces to provide a favorable resolution of forces developed by torque applied to jack bolts distributed about an outwardly surrounding cylindrical stress generator body section.

Abstract: A repair apparatus for a vehicle has first and second telescoping pipes clamped to present a coupling part at elevated position and at a lateral position selected for restoring a damaged body portion of a vehicle. A leverage bar is secured to a receptacle joined by a hinge pin to each of the coupling parts of both telescoping pipes. A puller or one of popper heads of differing length is an attachment mounted by a hinge pin to the receptacle at spaced relation from the first hinge pin whereby a force excreted on the leverage bar simultaneously moves the quarter puller or popper head in a direction for restoring the damaged body portion of the vehicle. The position of the puller on the receptacle can be changed by removal of a hinge pin located between the puller and the leverage bar. The first telescoping pipes fit in a larger pipe welded to a plate that is either position under a tire or secured to the tire by a chain.
Abstract: A pneumatically actuated switching device has an elliptical dome with spaced apart support columns protruding from a concave inner face surface for anchoring to a floor of a wedge shaped base. The base is elliptical and bounded by an endless upstanding sidewall having a projected edge that varies continuously in height about one of the major axis and the minor axis, the projected edge having one of a channel and a locking lip and the other of the channel and the locking lip being formed on the elliptical edge for interlocking engagement in an air tight fashion. An electrically conductive switch is coupled by a duct for responding to a volume of pressurized air within the dome and the base by deflection of the convex actuating wall.
