A first processing device receives a first member actual position along a first axis. The first processing device determines and transmits a first member limit position along a second axis as a function of the first member actual position along the first axis.

Abstract: An apparatus for controlling a lateral position of a first member on a hitch of a work machine. A first processing device receives a first signal indicative of a desired turn radius of the work machine and transmits a first desired hitch position as a function of the first signal. A second processing device receives a second signal indicative of an actual hitch position and also receives the first desired hitch position. The second processing device transmits a first error as a function of the second signal and the desired hitch position. A controller receives the first error and transmits a second error as a function of the first error. A first member modulator receives the first error and transmits a first activation signal as a function of the second error. The first activation signal controls the lateral position of the first member.
Abstract: An apparatus for determining a condition indicative of a level of difficulty of excavation of a material engaged by a work machine having a work implement. A controller receives a first signal during a dig pass of the work machine, and determines a material condition indicative of a level of difficulty of excavation during the dig pass as a function of the first signal, and transmits an output signal during the dig pass as a function of the material condition.
Abstract: A device for controlling an electro-hydraulic differential steering system of a work machine. A first processing device receives a first signal indicative of a desired steering path, a second signal indicative of a ground speed, a third signal indicative of an engine speed, and a fourth signal indicative of a gage. The first processing device transmits a fifth signal as a function of the first, second, third, and fourth signals, the fifth signal being indicative of a desired pump displacement of the steering system. A second processing device receives a sixth signal indicative of a motor speed of the steering system, and the third signal. The second processing device transmits a seventh signal as a function of the third and sixth signals, the seventh signal being indicative of an actual pump displacement of the steering system.
