The cover has an opening in alignment with the receptacle. The members of one support are positioned such that at least one of the free ends of the members secured to one support is in close proximity to at least one of the members secured to an adjacent support. The flexible members of each support are electrically interconnected to a source of electricity. The invention also covers a method of enclosing animals in an area or excluding animals from an area.
