    Abstract: A preferred method by which microorganisms and nutritive media are sprayed, brushed, dripped, or otherwise applied, onto freshly cut rock, stone, freshly formed concrete, or other hard manmade surface, in order for the target surface to take on a weathered appearance in the least amount of time. The present inventive product and process by product creates a process by which surface materials may be scraped or gathered from a nearby location, mixed with water and/or a nutritive media, and either further treated to promote additional growth of necessary microorganisms, or the directly applied to the surface of the freshly cut rock or stone, or freshly formed concrete or other hard, manmade surface thereby providing a weathered appearance in the shortest period of time. Newly built structures of rock, stone, concrete, or other hard surface are thus provided with an appearance which fits into mature and established areas.

    Abstract: The present invention consists of a numeric teaching device having a plurality of spinning wheels mounted on an axle and a decimal point indicator appearing between two groups of spinning wheels, with each spinning wheel containing the digits 0 through 9 printed on the outer annular surface of the spinning wheel in columnar form so that when the wheels are spun, different numeric formulations may be created by the user of the device. The axle containing the spinning wheels is supported by three dowel rods secured to a wood base, with each dowel rod further having a cradle at its upper end for communicating with the axle. The device is especially important in teaching numeric place values, numeration or the formation of numbers, and the rounding of numbers.

    Abstract: The present invention consists of a safety cutter for peeling green bananas or plantains wherein a handle portion is provided adjacent a head portion which carries a peeling element with dual opposing peeling blades. The dual opposing peeling blades are relatively widely spaced apart at approximately {fraction (5/16)}″ to allow the peeling element to cut through the tough, thick skins of a green banana or plantain. The present invention is also provided with an elongate retractable cutting blade which is used to first cut off either end of the green banana or plantain to allow it to be easily peeled. The plantain or green banana peeler is preferably provided into two halves secured by a bolt which allows either, the peeling element and/or the retractable blade to be changed by the user when they become dull or worn.

    Abstract: A removable urine overspray shield especially suited to young boys which is provided with upstanding semi-elliptical walls which removably engage with the lower portion of the inner rim of a toilet bowl when the toilet seat is upstanding. The rear of the device is provided with fastening means of a curved flange which sits and bears upon the lower portion of the inner toilet seat when in use, although other commonly known fastening means, such as a clip or Velcro strips may be used. In such a fashion, the device may be easily lifted onto and away from the toilet bowl rim. To facilitate insertion and removal on a toilet, a handle may be provided at the rear or top portion of the device. The device is intended to promote proper toileting in young boys and prevent urine from spraying on the walls and floors adjacent the toilet.

    Abstract: The present invention consists of twist dancing doll which is provided with an interior housing containing a reciprocating motor which moves a drive shaft through a short arc back and forth, a hip form which communicates with this drive shaft, a gear mounted on the end of this drive shaft, a reverse gear communicating effectively with the gear to produce an opposite motion, a reverse drive shaft, a shoulder form which communicates with the reverse drive shaft to produce a twist motion in the shoulder portion which is directly opposite that of the hip portion, so that when the animated twist doll is in operation the doll appears to dance the twist. Of course, an electronic tune generating device is also present for additional enjoyment of the user.
