  • Patent number: 5095657
Abstract: A clipless door seal for oven doors or the like including a sealing element having a length greater than its width, a pair of resilient elongated flanges depending from the outer surface of the sealing element and running substantially the entire length of the sealing element, and at least two resilient retaining darts for securing the door seal to an oven door surface. Generally, the door seal is positioned onto an oven door or the like which has at least two apertures for securing the door seal to the door surface. The darts are positioned through the apertures for securing the door seal onto the door wherein said elongated flanges provide bias to permit said darts to fully pass beyond the wall forming the door surface.

  • Patent number: 4769206
Abstract: In a blow mould firstly a convexly formed bottom is blown. An intermediate region lying between an axially displaceable bottom mould and the blow mould bears on mould portions which on introduction of the bottom mould are pivoted back for turning back the bottom region to form a stand ring and release the path for the bottom mould which is finally positioned on the blow mould so that a closed mould cavity is formed on which the transformed bottom region can be reliably applied by blow pressure.

  • Patent number: 4257455
Abstract: A double safety valve for stamping presses and the like having a monitor responsive to asynchronous pressures, to disenable a press. The assembly comprises two valve stems each being radially supported by a piston at one end and by an outboard bearing at the other end. Each valve stem carries an inlet poppet valve adjacent one end, a spool valve on an intermediate portion and an exhaust valve adjacent the other end. Cross passages connect the inlet poppet valve of each valve stem in series with the spool valve of the other valve stem. A common outlet chamber receives pressurized fluid from both spool valves, this outlet chamber being connected in parallel to both exhaust valves. The assembly thus has the advantages of a double safety valve in which the inlet valves are in series and the exhaust valves in parallel, but is capable of being monitored by a monitor responsive to asynchronous pressures or movements.

  • Patent number: 4104745
Abstract: A sofa bed frame has a storage area in the bottom below the front board which receives the folded sections of the bed unit when containing a mattress which is folded within the sections. A rear TV section is pivoted to a rear bottom section which is pivoted to a vertical intermediate section which has a front top section pivoted thereto. When the four sections are open, they extend above the front sofa board and are in planar relation to each other with the TV rear head section operable to be raised to an approximate 45.degree. angle at which an occupant can view television, read a book or the like. The television rear head section has a pair of links which move into aligned relation when the sections are being folded to raise the TV rear head section to an approximate 90.degree. position so that it may be advanced into the area of the back to require a minimum of storage space below the sealing position of the sofa bed.
