  • Patent number: 7040895
Abstract: A skin contacting plate is formed in the shape of the gums to which the plate is secured by a skin adhering compound on a perforated layer. A protruding ridge along the teeth line has an internal reservoir to receive a skin adhering compound solvent from a syringe-type liquid pump to dissolve the compound to remove the skin contacting plate when desired. A denture plate conforms to the shape of the skin contacting plate and the protruding ridge. A syringe-type vacuum air pump draws the air from between an internal passageway between the plates through a valve in the denture plate to form a vacuum to maintain the plates together. Pumping air into the internal passageway immediately releases the plates.

  • Patent number: 7017602
Abstract: A water diverter has a double hose connection, a spigot and an outdoor light all mounted on a movable stake for providing an extra faucet at any desired location. The diverter allows a hose connection to another location, such as a recreational vehicle water supply, thereby extending the water source. The light on the water diverter is automatic, turning on at dusk, providing illumination that is required for safety and security purposes.

  • Patent number: 6992597
Abstract: A symbology system uses programmable software in a computerized system interacting with the altitude, attitude, air speed, and other flight indicators of an aircraft to create symbology in the pilot's display seen in the field of view of the pilot. The symbology represents a virtual geometric solid form, such as a vertical cylinder, always appearing perpendicular to the horizon and moving across the terrain with the aircraft in the center of the form. The pilot sees a front portion of a virtual series of horizontal circles or other shapes, spaced by a programmable distance, symbolizing the geometric solid form appearing to surround the aircraft. The geometric form references the world as-ground for use in recognizing the attitude of the aircraft-as-figure. On landing, the form appears to stop at the ground and the aircraft appears to descend within it. A virtual bank indicator line changes orientation to the geometric solid corresponding to the attitude change of the aircraft relative to the horizon.

  • Patent number: 6974375
Abstract: A sanding hood has a bottom vent for above a bottom shelf attached to a sanding bench with the shelf aligned with the top of the bench. A series of halogen lights attach above the bottom vent to shine on the bench. An upper shelf above the lights shields the worker's eyes from the lights. The upper shelf has sandpaper dispenser rolls and a flat top for storage.

  • Patent number: 6972696
Abstract: A programmable symbology is provided that defines a series of geometric forms in the visual field of a pilot. The symbology includes a virtual representation of a predicted flight path of the aircraft and a virtual representation of a projected contact point with an external object, including the ground. The symbology also provides a virtual representation of a predicted flight path of the aircraft that is projected onto the ground below the projected flight path as a ground path predictor. The symbology further provides a critical slowing air speed indicator.

  • Patent number: 6969085
Abstract: A trailer hitch having a tubular column between a hitch ball and a towing vehicle. A mating shaft with a horizontal retaining plate has a mating shaft fitting removably within the tubular column. A pin through mating openings in the shaft and tubular column maintain the retaining plate above a trailer arm socket mounted on the hitch ball. A guide with a pair of tapered vertical walls forming a horizontal V-shape has a mating shaft which fits alternately in the tubular column to guide a trailer arm into engagement with the hitch ball.

  • Patent number: 6951072
Abstract: A barrel bracket in the form of a split ring is secured adjustably to a gun barrel at any point on the barrel and at any desired angle of orientation. A hook pivotally attached to the ring has a sharp point for piercing external structures, such as trees, fences, or other wooden objects to secure the barrel to the structure and act as a gun rest. The hook closes with the point shielded so that the gun may be carried and used normally since the attached gun rest is light weight and has no large protruding structures. Alternately, a built in barrel bracket is positioned on one side or the other or one on each side for right handed and left handed shooters.

  • Patent number: 6941859
Abstract: An agitating device is provided that may be mounted inside a rotating nut hulling tub for increasing the agitation of the nuts, thereby increasing the hulling speed, especially important for pistachio nuts. The device comprises a bracket capable of being attached to the inside cover of a rotatable nut hulling tub, which has side wall protrusions for hulling nuts. There are at least four brackets attached to the cover at cardinal points. Each bracket has a series of three holes and three tub fingers. The tub fingers are capable of being attached to the bracket so the fingers hang downwardly into the tub in contact with the nuts, thereby agitating the nuts as they move inside the rotatable tub. The tub fingers are capable of assisting in knocking off the nut hulls and causing the nuts to move against the side wall protrusions at a faster rate, thereby speeding up the nut hulling process.

  • Patent number: 6927671
Abstract: A biometric anti-theft gear shifter lock control for vehicles, equipment, and machinery, and other transmission actuation devices on land, water, and air, using a gear shifter. A biometric sensor scans in biometric information from a user to a central processing unit (CPU). The CPU finding a match for an authorized user deactivates a shift lock which may be built into an automatic shift vehicle or a solenoid or other switch added to a standard shift vehicle. It sounds an alarm for an unauthorized user. The control may be positioned on a gear shift knob with a flip-type protective cover. The biometrics device could be a fingerprint scanner, a retina scanner, a voice recognition system or other device programmed to operate only upon recognition of a unique biometrically measurable characteristic of one or more authorized users whose biometric data is programmed into the system.
