The tank is preferably formed of low density polyethylene resin and the agitation portion includes a plurality of paddles and a shaft extending from the interior of the tank for mixing the sealcoat liquid. The camming surface engages and deflects the center portion of the pintle as it passes thereby, while the retaining surface maintains the pintle ends in the sockets by effectively blocking movement of the center portion of the pintle.
