Abstract: A frame for a child's stroller which includes two rear arms and a single front arm which are joined to one another with the two rear arms spaced on opposite sides of a front to rear median vertical plane (P) of the frame and wherein wheels are pivotally mounted to each of the arms so as to be movable between first deployed positions wherein an axes of rotation of the wheels extend transversely to the plane (P) and a second compact storage position wherein the axes of rotation of the wheels extend parallel with respect to the plane (P), and wherein the wheels connected so as to be moved simultaneously between the two positions.

Abstract: Method for a safety and testing control for a press, including a hydraulic system with at least one hydraulic cylinder, operated by means of a hydraulic valve controlled by a programmable processing unit where a number of electrical signal inputs and outputs are provided and into which a software program is loaded, where a position sensor is provided that indicates the position of the hydraulic cylinder and where the software application works solely on the basis of an internal timer and the aforementioned position sensor can control the motion of the press as well as a hydraulic press working according to this method and using the software and carrier.

Abstract: A steel joist member for use in supporting floor structures giving great strength and convenience and improved acoustical performance having a web defining edges, first and second side surfaces and an axis, a edge wall on at least one edge, main openings through the web at spaced intervals therealong, with rounded ends and parallel linear sides, channel portions of the web displaced from the main openings remaining attached integrally to the web by right angle bend lines formed on the first side surface of the main opening along axes parallel to the web axis, and forming reinforcing channels alongside the opposite sides of the main opening. Also disclosed is a composite joist member made up of two such joist members joined together back to back with their openings in registration. Also disclosed is a rim member for supporting the composite joists to form a floor structure. Also disclosed is a method of making such a floor joist member.

Abstract: A joint assembly includes an inner ring, an intermediate member housing the inner ring about a joint axis and, an outer body retaining the intermediate member. The intermediate member defines two first surfaces formed by cylindrical portions having the same first axis of revolution which intersects the joint axis. The outer body defines two surfaces formed by cylindrical portions having the same second axis of revolution. When the assembly is in an assembled state, the first axis of revolution coincides with the second axis of revolution and the first and second surfaces cooperate to enable the intermediate member to rotate relative to the outer body about the first axis of revolution but prevent the intermediate member from moving parallel to the joint axis or parallel to an axis orthogonal to the joint axis and to the second axis of revolution.

Abstract: An assembly and method for connecting a movable plate to a fixed plate for connecting hydraulic, pneumatic and/or electric circuits and wherein the movable plate and the fixed plate have matching connector elements. The movable plate includes at least one centering component capable of interacting with the fixed plate. The assembly includes an actuator having a fixed support, a movable component for moving the movable plate relative to the fixed support, between a first retracted position corresponding to a disconnected state of the plates and a second position corresponding to a connected state. The assembly also includes a device for moving the movable plate relative to the actuator, and the movable plate and the fixed support respectively have at least one positioning member and at lest one positioning component which interact to position the movable plate relative to the fixed support when the movable plate is in the first position.

Abstract: A machine for marking or labeling circularly symmetrical work pieces includes a marking or labeling member, elements for moving the member and a workpiece relative to each other in a first direction, and a cradle for holding a workpiece while it is being marked or while a label is being applied to it. The cradle includes components for moving the workpiece in rotation around an axis of revolution thereof. A drive carriage drives the cradle in translation in a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction. There are components that drive the carriage in translation in a third direction that is perpendicular to the first and second directions. Other components make it possible to drive the cradle relative to the carriage in rotation about a first axis that is parallel to the first direction.

Abstract: The invention relates to a racket handle insert which is intended to be placed around at least part of the core (2) of the handle and which, once in position, forms a first bulbous configuration (40, 50) having a central bulge (R, R?), the transverse dimensions of each bulbous configuration diminishing continuously from the bulge towards the two axial ends thereof.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for aligning microscope images. Microscope images of the same or very similar subjects provided by different microscopes are aligned. The images from two types of microscope, such as a Virtual Microscope (VM) and a Light Microscope (LM) are used. An image produced by the virtual microscope is easily read by a viewer, as it represents a scan of a whole slide rather than individual high power fields of view. An area of the image can be selected for further examination or objective analysis by the LM microscope. The qualitative or quantitative information obtained from the Light microscope using the method described may then be located back into the virtual microscope image to provide understandable context.

Abstract: The ventilation system for a cab (1) of an agricultural machine involved in spraying operations comprises; at least one outside air intake (7); at least one air outlet (29) opening out into said cab (1); means (14) for causing air coming from said outside air intake (7) to flow towards said air outlet (29); means (11) for selectively closing said outside air intake, referred to as first closure means; and means (21, 23) for controlling the spraying function. The first closure means (11) are slaved to said control means (21, 23) in such a manner that activating and deactivating the spraying function lead respectively to said air intake (7) being closed and opened by said first closure means (11).

Abstract: Adjustable sling as a support of internal organs or anatomical tissues that can be properly positioned into the patient's body without any special instrument, just by using a standard surgical forceps, and it allows to be repositioned, which is provided with a cavity in each of the laterals of the sling, with an opening to be able to introduce a standard surgical forceps to push the sling into the target place, said cavities formed by folding a part of the extremes of the sling inwards and after that sealing them by thread knots or thermal fixation.

Abstract: A female element quick coupling for releasably joining two pipes conveying a fluid under pressure and which receives a male coupling wherein the female element includes a latch movable relative to a body of the female element between a first position, in which it retains the male portion in a leaktight coupling position, and a second position, in which it retains the male portion in a position for purging a downstream pipe. The female element further includes a control member mounted to slide in an open bore in the body for causing the latch to move at least towards the second position. This female element includes a gasket for closing a gap defined between an outer face of the member and an inside face of the bore especially at high purging pressures.

Abstract: The invention relates to a valve (3) that comprises a housing (20) and a thermostatic member (52) having a mobile piston (58) that carries a plug (76) for controlling the fluid flow between two accesses to the housing. In order to simplify the manufacture and the maintenance of the valve, inter alia, a hollow body (54) bearing the thermostatic member is adapted both to be rigidly connected to the fixed portion of the thermostatic member so that the piston can extend inside the inner chamber (64) of the body and so that the plug controls the fluid flow through said chamber, and to be received and sealingly blocked in an inner volume (V20) of the housing so that the fluid cannot flow between the two accesses through the chamber, while a thermostatic assembly (50), defined by the bearing body and the thermostatic member connected together, can be urged as a whole into the inner volume of the housing.

In order to facilitate the electric connection between the wires and the ports and make it more reliable, the connection element comprise coupling pieces (6), supported by the support base and designed to pinch each port against the corresponding wire.
