Abstract: This invention relates to a tamperproof package which includes a thermoplastic closure for fitment to a container which has a threaded neck portion and an outwardly extending annular flange adjacent but beneath the threaded neck portion. The thermoplastic closure features an annular band which is attached to the lowermost extent of the closure sidewall by way of a plurality of spaced-apart frangible ribs. Pendantly attached to the lower portion of the annular band is a plurality of spaced-apart tabs. These tabs are inwardly foldable so that a tab portion will be in a position of interference with the container annular flange when the closure is fitted to the container. This interference prevents removal of the closure from the container unless there is fracture of the frangible ribs. Rib fracture indicates that the closure has been tampered with by removal or attempted removal of the closure.
Abstract: A gas operated system for use in semiautomatic firearms is disclosed. The gas operated system utilizes a gas powered assembly which is actuated by gas under pressure. The gas powered assembly is utilized to provide rearward motion to a drive assembly. The drive assembly has a rod associated therewith which engages unlocking structure so that this structure unlocks locking structure so that the bolt assembly can move rearwardly from the battery position. Movement of the bolt assembly rearwardly is accomplished principally due to expanding gas present in the barrel of the firearm which acts against the face of the bolt assembly.
Abstract: This invention relates to a multistation apparatus for unloading and unscrambling containers from a storage hopper. The apparatus has unloading means for continuously moving containers from the hopper onto a track structure. The track structure is powered so as to move the containers to the various apparatus stations. At the first station a gate is positioned over the track so that only one layer of unloaded containers is able to travel to other subsequent stations. A second station is provided with orientation plates adjacent the track so that containers which are on the track but which do not have their long axis in the direction of container travel will, upon contact with the orientation plates, be turned so that their long axis will lay in the direction of travel. A gate having an opened and closed position is provided at the third station.

Abstract: A grading and dozing attachment for a tractor including a blade located between the front wheels and the back wheels of the tractor, a carrying frame adapted to fit between the front wheels and the rear wheels of the tractor, the frame having a plurality of symmetrically disposed legs attachable to the rear axle of the tractor and a lifting mechanism connected to the tractor and the carrying frame for pivoting the carrying frame upwardly and downwardly about the rear axle, plates for adjusting the angle of the blade in a horizontal plane attached to the carrying frame by pins, and plates attached to the blade for adjusting the angle of the blade in a vertical plane.
