Abstract: A flow diverter, two position, plate type, assembly connected to a mixing valve always to deliver hot water to the same designated hot water inlet port of the mixing valve and cold water to the same designated cold water inlet port of the mixing valve. The flow diverter assembly including a housing, hot and cold inlet lines to be connected in one or the other of two positions and a plurality of interconnected plate members always to deliver hot and cold water to the same inlet ports of the mixing valve regardless of whether the hot or the cold water inlet lines are connected in one or the other positions.
