The concentrate is dispersed in water, and optionally egg whites, to provide a liquid egg replacer. The liquid egg replacer includes egg white protein and has a moisture content of 75-84%. Abstract: Fabric softening compositions with 1-10% by weight of cationic fabric softening compound show a surprising increase in viscosity when a fatty acid partial ester of a polyhydric alcohol at a level greater than 0.01% by weight and less than or equal to 0.45% by weight based on the composition is added and if the resulting mixture is sheared at a temperature below the phase transition temperature of the fabric softener composition. Abstract: A method of preparing an aqueous, liquid fabric conditioning composition comprising (a) from about 2.5 to 80% by weight of an ester-linked quaternary ammonium fabric softening material comprising at least one mono-ester linked component and at least one tri-ester linked component, (b) a fatty complexing agent and (c) a perfume wherein the weight ratio of the mono-ester component of compound (a) to compound (b) is from 5:1 to 1:5, wherein the method comprises the steps of the method comprising the steps of: (a) co-melting the quaternary ammonium softening material and fatty complexing agent; (b) adding the co-melt to heated water; (c) agitating the mixture; and (d) allowing the mixture to cool wherein the perfume is added at any stage of the process provided that it is added at a temperature at or above the melting temperature of the co-melt.
