Abstract: A combination of an eavestrough and a cover therefore, the eavestrough having a bottom wall, a rear wall and a front wall, the front wall terminating in a segment extending outwardly and downwardly from a distal end of the front wall. The cover overlies the eavestrough and has a side structure adjacent the front wall which forms a recess to receive the segment of the front eavestrough wall which extends downwardly and outwardly from a distal end thereof.
Abstract: A device for use with an anti-theft locking assembly which comprises an enclosure, a noise emitter mounted within the enclosure, a battery, and a control circuit, an actuator extending externally of the enclosure and being designed to be plugged into a first actuator receptor on a towing vehicle or a second actuator receptor on the locking assembly, the noise emitter being activated when the actuator is unplugged from one of the receptors. The device will strongly remind the user that the anti-theft locking device is to be connected.
Abstract: There is provided a child-resistant container having a top and bottom hingedly connected together, first, second and third cooperative locking devices on both the upper and lower members, the locking devices being operative such that a first locking device can be operated to permit a limited unlocking between the two members at which time the second and third locking devices must be operated to fully open the container. A double locking action on two of the locking devices is illustrated as well as an arrangement for dispensing a product from a blister pack within the container.
Abstract: An operator for a casement window, the operator comprising a base, at least one arm for securement to the base, an upper securement member extending through an aperture in the base and an end of the arm with the securement member having a threaded recess therein. A lower screw securement member is screw threadedly engaged with the upper one to assist in drawing the arm into the desired position. A monocoque housing surrounds the operator and has sealing members to prevent air infiltration.
Abstract: A device for mixing a substance comprised of two constituents contained in a cartridge (12) and having a cartridge holder (32) thereabout, the device comprising a plunger rod (46) for pushing a closure member (20) to permit the transfer of a diluent in a second chamber (28) through a by-pass channel (24) to mix with a constituent in a first chamber (26), the plunger rod (48) being driven by means of a rack (48) and a pinion gear (50) arrangement to prevent overly rapid movement of the plunger rod (46).

Abstract: A transfer assembly for transfering a fluid to a vial, admixing the same and then returning the fluid to a cartridge, the transfer assembly having a vial gripper located at a first end and a cartridge holder at the second end of an elongated outer housing, a fluid passageway extending between the vial gripper and the cartridge holder with piercing elements being located at respective ends of the fluid passageway. In a preferred embodiment, an adaptor is mounted on the end of the outer housing where the cartridge holder is situated. The adaptor may move from a retracted to an extended position wherein it will surround the needle.

Abstract: A pipe support which comprises a body having a recess of a generally U-shaped configuration formed therein, the recess being opened at a top end, the body having a clamping portion extending downwardly and which clamping portion includes first and second resilient members which each comprise a vertical sidewall and an inwardly extending end segment. The pipe support is particularly suitable for use on various structural members.
Abstract: A flexible marker post assembly having a base, first and second members of an elastomeric material secured to the base and extending upwardly therefrom, the first and second flexible members each having respective first and second side walls with a concave recess formed on each of the side walls, substantially rigid post mounted intermediate of an upper portion of the first and second flexible members with the post having a lower end secured to an upper portion of the first and second flexible members. The provision of concave recesses permits a better bending action when the post is struck at an angle.
Abstract: A system for encouraging the use of a load stabilizer in a cargo carrying vehicle comprising a storage device which has a detector, the detector being adapted to sense the presence or absence of a stabilizing member such as a shoring bar, the detector being designed to emit a first signal upon sensing the presence of the stabilizing member and to emit a second signal upon sensing the absence of the stabilizing member. The signal could activate or trigger a visual or audio indicator or alternatively the signal will allow or prevent an action being taken.
