Abstract: A can crusher comprising a vertical hopper to receive empty cans laid horizontally in a vertical stack one above the other, with the bottton can in the stack being positioned in end-to-end registration with a plunger head which reciprocates horizontally between a withdrawn position out of contact with the bottom can and an extended position to crush and compress the bottom can. When the plunger is withdrawn, the crushed can drops through a discharge opening just large enough for the compressed can to drop through but small enough to prevent an uncrushed can from falling through. The crushed can drops into a container placed below the discharge opening, and the next can in the vertical stack falls in place in registration with the plunger for crushing. The plunger head is moved between its withdrawn and extended positions by a drive rod pivotally connected to an intermediate portion of a lever which in turn is pivotally connected at one end to a pivot pin mounted in front of the vertical hopper.

Abstract: A portable shuffleboard court comprising a length of flexible sheet material having the markings of a shuffleboard court printed on one side thereof. The shuffleboard court may be rolled up into a compact unit when not in use. When unrolled for use, anchor holes and pins are provided at each opposite end to hold the shuffleboard court in a flat stretched out position. Rigid elongated clips are provided for attachment along each opposite side edge to make the flexible sheet lie flat when rolled out. The flexible sheet may be made of plastic material. The shuffleboard discs and cues may also be made of plastic material.

Abstract: A combination sled and wagon comprising a vehicle having first and second sides, runners disposed on the first and second sides, the sides having open ended slots therein, wheels mounted on axles adapted to be disposed in the slots and adapted to be removed therefrom, the wheels being operative to support the vehicle when the axles are disposed in the slots, and the runners being operative to support the vehicle when the axles are removed from the slots.
