Abstract: The present disclosure general relates to vise pads which provide accurate alignment of work pieces in a vise. The movement of internal members of these pads eliminates the need for manual adjustment such as with the use of a hammer to ensure alignment. The vise pads include wedge bars in combination with connectors which reduce friction and thus provide for longer life and efficient operation. In another embodiment, the vise pads include elastomeric bars which act as sealant to reduce entry of dust resulting from machining of a work piece.

Abstract: An electric motor driven toothbrush is provided. The head of the toothbrush of the current application oscillates latitude to the body of the toothbrush. One end of a specially designed shaft, with an annular portion developed at that end, is connected to an electric motor via gears. A replaceable toothbrush head is attached to the other end. The circular portion at one end of the shaft is an annular plate that has at least two protrusions developed perpendicular to the circular plane. The two protrusions may be in a rectangular form or arc form developed along the perimeter of the circular portion developed on the shaft. A circular plate attached, with a predetermined angle, to a gear that vertically penetrates the annular portion enables a latitude oscillation movement of the brush head. With the toothbrush of the current application, a user can automatically scrub his/her teeth longitudinally along the length.

Abstract: A spring activated energy transducer is provided. The energy transducer of the current invention generates alternating current (A/C) electricity from abundant external natural forces. The energy transducer is comprised of an upper part and a lower part. The upper part is comprised of a housing, a helix metal spring, a first circular board, a second circular board, pluralities of permanent magnets embedded to the second circular board, a third circular board with pluralities of permanent magnets facing the permanent magnets embedded in the second circular board with same magnetic pole, an upper metal shaft welded to the third circular board, four arc-shaped springs welded to the third circular board, and four wheel sets rotatably attached to one end of the spring.

Abstract: A pick-up truck box extender flip gate is provided. The truck box extender flip gate of the current application is comprised of; 1) a tail gate attaching frame, 2) two side faces, each of which is comprised of one guide and one metal frame. 3) a first front face that is rotatably connected to the two guides, and 4) a second front face that is rotatably connected to the first front face via hinges. When the pick-up truck box extender flip gate is in retracted position, the two guides are embedded in two rectangular metal frames which are welded to both ends of the tail gate frame. The first front face and the second front face are overlapped with the tailgate-attaching frame when the flip gate is retracted. In extended position, the first front face and second front faces come out of the attaching frame to extend the pick-up truck cargo box space. The first and second front faces have racks for holding bicycle wheel or long ladder's leg.

Abstract: An aqueous solution for treatment of colored concrete, glazed enamel or porcelain surfaces to increase the coefficient of friction of that surface, whether dry or wet, to about 0.8 without deteriorating the color of the surface comprises about 1.5 to 1.9 wt % of ammonium bifluoride, 1.5 to 3.0 wt % of tri-ethylamine and a wetting agent in water. The degree of change of the color of the surface, treated seven minutes with the solution of the current application, measured by a color meter shows only 0.56 while the result of a commercial solution to increase the frictional coefficient shows 2.22. This means that the color change by the solution of the current application is undetectable by human eyes. Meanwhile, the change by the commercial solution product is detectable.

Abstract: A flash memory broadcasting displayer panel is comprised of 1) a flash memory card, 2) an interface card, and 3) a Liquid Crystal Displayer. Time sequence type files, which are stored in the flash memory card, are processed by the interface card and transferred to the Liquid Crystal Displayer. The interface card includes a microprocessor operating with an internal BUS to control, process and route signals between the flash memory and the Liquid Crystal Displayer.

Abstract: A safe method of stopping a stolen car without chasing at high speeds, utilizing a bar code implanted between the inner layer and outer layer of a rear safety glass is comprised of steps: 1) scan the barcode, 2) compare the read in barcode with those of the stolen cars stored in the police computer net, 3) trigger one of the three stopping means of this invention. Those three stopping means are: 1) turn off the engine, 2) puncture the rear tires with bullets, and 3) puncture the rear tires by mechanical means.

Abstract: A soil covered sewage treatment system for eliminating organic impurities from a household sewage is provided. The house hold sewage treatment system is covered with 1) a top layer planted with grasses and flowers of the local area, 2) a second top layer filled with the local soil, and 3) a third layer from the top that is divided into six sections and each section is separated from each other by walls that are extended from each baths and is filled with chips of stones and marbles. The sewage treatment system is comprised of; a decanting and denitrification bath, a primary oxidation bath, a decanting bath, a secondary oxidation bath, and a discharging bath with partial recycling pipes which are buried under the third layer. Microorganisms living in the local soil facilitate denitrification and oxidation of a household sewage. The roots of grass covering the top surface of the reaction baths absorb and utilize water, impurities, and decomposed compounds as fertilizer.

Abstract: A string arrangement for a detachment type waist-protecting belt to hold the vertebra region of a vertebra related patient is provided. The string arrangement enables a separate fastening of the upper portion and lower portion of the belt to form a saddle like shape that fits the contour of the waist of an individual patient dynamically with or without the extra support of a frame. The waist-protecting belt can also be connected to a back supporting frame, which is comprised of two plastic plates, via two guiding nuts, fixed on the center of the exterior side of the inner-half of the rim of each solid plastic plate, guided through the two narrow and long holes found on the wider portions of the belt, and held in place by two wide head bolts which screw on to the nuts. Then the upper portion and lower portion of the frame is adjusted separately by the movement of the upper and lower portion of the belt.

Abstract: Supporting frame structure for installing solar cell module plates and incidental facilities on a house roof is provided. The supporting structure has a shape of pluralities of slope structure accompanied with cleaning accesses mounted on a rectangular cube frame. Side view of the slope structure forms a rectangular triangle on a square. The angle between the sloped top surface and the horizontal base is 3 to 75 degrees depend on the latitude of the geometric location of the place where the solar cell plate modules are installed. The maintenance access is a space through which a worker easily access to the solar cell module plates to clean the surface thereof and to replace the plates.

Abstract: A portable steam generator for automobile washing is provided. The steam generator of the current application is to produce a steam of pressure 6 KG/cm2 at a rate of 30 kg/hr. The steam generator uses natural gas as a heat source. The inner structure of the steam generator is designed to increase the contact of the heat with the steam generating chamber while minimizing heat exchanging tubes inside the chamber. The steam generator weights only 25 Kg and has dimension of 572 mm in height by 400 mm in outer diameter. Whole unit including gas burner is mounted on one structure.

Abstract: A spare fuel tank, installed inside a main fuel tank, having a reasonable volumetric capacity, of small box shape, and having a spare fuel suction pipe there from to the fuel injection pipe. The spare tank of this invention is manufactured at the same time with the main tank, therefore, does not need separate fuel supplying or specific piping connection with the main fuel tank owing to its place. Releasing of the fuel from inside the spare tank is activated by power on the switch connected to a solenoid valve blocking the spare fuel suction pipe.

Abstract: A novel golf towel, retaining water over four hours under an average weather for golfing, is comprised of; 1) an outer layer of Terry cloth made of a composite texture of: including but not limited to, cotton, polyester and polyimide; 2) an inner layer of porous hydrophilic polymer; and 3) a grommet for a holding means. The outer layer of the Terry cloth and the inner layer of thr porous hydrophilic polymer are cut into a similar size and stitched together to prevent a separate moving. The structure and the compositon of materials of the textile for the outer layer cloth combined with the porous structure of the inner layer show excellent longer water retaining time while maintaining softness and cleaning power of an average towel. Amount of water remained in the towel of this invention and that of two 100% cotton towels measured at 30 minutes' time interval reveals a much slower evaporation of water from the towel of this invention.

Abstract: A device for shoring trenches having rails, panels and articulated trusses such that pairs of opposite rails are upheld vertically by trusses and spaced along the trench to support shoring panels which slide past each other vertically within guides of adjacent rails; the rail having a back flange welded on a main rectangular tube which is provided on either side with two lateral rectangular tubes welded offset and inward past the main tube such that with a front flange welded on each lateral tube shape two vertical guides on either side of rail, the front flanges being projecting into the space between lateral tubes creating a guide contouring the edge of articulated truss which slides interlocked within; the panel being provided with special edges that interlock within vertical guides of rail, the truss being articulated and provided with roller to displace along the front flanges of the rails.

Abstract: A novel sushi serving system contains a premium message for serving sushi. A utensil for serving sushi has a message marble, hidden between a sushi and the utensil, thereupon a “premium” message, such as “10 slices of free sushi” mounted. The utensil for serving sushi is manipulated in a shape of, including but not limited to, a plain dish, a boat, a car and a fish. The message marble is located in a pocket on the utensil. Patrons can find the message marble after they finish the sushi served thereon. Patron who finds a message marble submits the marble to the cashier and gets the premium prizes. The sizes of the pocket on the utensil are slightly larger than those of the message marble. The shape of the pocket is the same as that of the message marble. The shape of the message marble is, including but not limited to, an animal, a plant, a star, a geometrical drawing, a sushi, furniture and a landscape.

Abstract: A noble pendulum motion putter with an increased impact accuracy, by minimizing unnecessary side oscillation momentum that is vertical to the pendulum motion, is comprised of; 1) a straight cylindrical putter head having a void inside for receiving weights; 2) a level gauge embedded on the upper face of the putter head; 3) an elbow handle pivotally connected to a shaft at the top with a right angle creating a pendulum motion; and 4) a shaft connecting the putter head and the handle in a perpendicular position.
