Abstract: The present invention discloses a garment that is designed to prevent a child in a car-seat from removing his or her arms from the shoulder straps that are part of the modern 5-point harness system found in most car-seats. The garment is configured like a jacket, through the front of which the shoulder straps are threaded, allowing for access to the front closure hasp of the harness and ensuring the closure hasp is across the upper chest, while comfortably restricting the child's movement out of the straps by virtue of the sleeves of the garment which are now made part of the harness system itself.

Abstract: A timer device includes a timer housing. An electronic countdown circuit is disposed within the timer housing. The electronic countdown circuit is programmed to include at least one mode of operation. A display device is attached to the timer housing and in electronic communication with the electronic countdown circuit. The display device includes an LCD display and at least one flashable LED light. A power source is in electrical communication with the electronic circuit. At least one switch is in electrical communication with the electronic countdown circuit. The switch is adapted to select the mode of countdown operation.

Abstract: A vehicle designed to haul loads may be provided, which may be effectively extended and load hauling capacity increased with a detachable trailing tag axle that may include a framework with a front, a rear end, an axle attached to near the rear of the framework, wheels attached to the axle, and a mechanism near the front of the framework for stabilization when the tag axle assembly is standing alone. A holding mechanism near the front of the tag axle assembly may be used to attach the tag axle assembly to a portion of the vehicle chassis, such as a receiving mechanism at the rear of the vehicle chassis.

Abstract: Rulers and templates that are used to create several connected picots (or prairie points) made from a single piece of material, as well as methods for making and using such rulers, are described in this application. The rulers described in this application have a plurality of evenly spaced, alternating slots formed or cut in opposite, parallel edges of a substrate, resulting in evenly spaced, alternating tabs located on the opposite, parallel edges of the substrate. The ruler may be used to cut or mark material into connected squares that may be folded to make picots. The resulting picots are of uniform size and spacing, and are connected as a unitary piece of material.
