Abstract: Disclosed is related to a contents providing system and mobile communication terminal therewith for providing pre-stored digital contents to the mobile communication terminal of a user, comprising: a controller for controlling an overall operation; an input unit for introducing an operation command from a user; a storage unit for storing data; a radio transceiver for carrying out a radio communication with the mobile communication network and receiving contents through the mobile communication network; a display unit for showing operational information and motion pictures; a digital-to-analog converter for transforming a digital signal into an analog signal for voice output; an amplifier for amplifying and transferring the analog signal converted in the digital-to-analog converter to a speaker; and an MPEG processor for decoding the contents received through the radio transceiver and adjusting a reproducing speed.
