Abstract: In a system in which a client, a plurality of output devices, and a server are connected via a network, it is an object to enable a device driver to be installed into the server by a remote operation of the client and eliminate troublesomeness upon setting of a construction of a port. A Web server has a port constructing unit and a driver installing unit which operate in response to a remote instruction from the client and its construction is realized by making those units operative under the local system authority.
Abstract: Disclosed is a fuel activation apparatus using a magnetic force of a magnetic body. The apparatus comprises a hollow cylindrical body, including an inlet through which fuels flow into and an outlet through which the fuels flow out, for forming a predetermined fuel flow space, a magnetic body, including a fuel path allowing the fuels to pass along the center axis of the body, a pair of diaphragms which are disposed at spaces formed between front and rear sides of the magnetic body and an inner circumferential surface of the body, for regulating the flow of the fuels, and fuel guide members which are placed inside the fuel path of the magnetic body, for allowing the fuels to flow in a vortex form, and fuel induction members which are placed at both sides of the magnetic body, for inducing uniform ionization of the fuels. The apparatus provides effects that a flowing speed of the fuels is properly regulated in a magnetic field, and the ionization of the fuels is maximized to obtain uniform minute particles.
Abstract: A printing apparatus has an ink-jet printing head having one nozzle array for ejecting an ink, and the other nozzle array for ejecting a printing improvement liquid containing a substance making a coloring agent in the ink insoluble or coagulate. When the printing improvement liquid is ejected in advance of ejection of the ink, the ejection speed of the ink is set to be lower than the ejection speed of the printing improvement liquid. When the ink is ejected in advance of ejection of the printing improvement liquid, the ejection speed of the printing improvement liquid is set to be lower than the ejection speed of the ink. The printing apparatus is capable of preventing ejection failure or deflection of the ejecting direction due to rebounding of the printing improvement liquid or mist thereof.
